Do NOT use this locksmith! They left me STRANDED in the cold and charged $200! I got locked out of my car in a parking lot and went in the store to use their phone. my phone was locked in the car The technician called back a few minutes later saying he’d be there in 25 minutes. Mind you, it was still light outside. I waited outside for over 25 minutes. No one showed up. I went back in and the lady in the store said someone called and asked did I get my car unlocked. I said they never even showed up. I call back and the lady said someone would give me a call again. No one called! I called again, and she said the same thing. And AGAIN..no call back. This happened about 3 times and by this time, the store was closing. I went to 2 other stores and restaurants in the area to use their phone and again no one called back. i was STRANDED for hours. They finally give me another ETA so i walk back in the COLD to my car and waited 30 minutes and someone finally showed up and charged me $200 because it was after hours! Mind you, it was daytime when i called! I had no other way home or no cell phone. Throughout that day i called them at least 10 times. The people on the phone were extremely unhelpful and even complained that i called from 3 different numbers. DUH I DONT HAVE MY PHONE! I’ve been trying to get a refund but no one seems to know any managers and I'm getting sent in circles.
Is this a real company? Because the people we spoke to were both extremely rude, sketchy, and honestly wish I could complain in another way because I'm shocked. We got a call back after declining service due to them not being able to give us pricing before coming out and asking what our options are. Then the guy calls us back an hour later asking how we got in? "Did someone open it or how did you do it?" None of your mfin business is how I got into my own house. 0 stars. Almost forgot to mention the driver and operator both hung up on us for no reason. Just weird.
II was surprised to see a machine that cut keys on the spot so I had to try it. I was amazed that the keys actually fit my door without a problem and the price was really reasonable not to mention free shipping on the specialty sports team keys. This machine saved me a trip to the hardware. Thanks for the convenience.
My car keys mysteriously vanished, I called and they had a technician there in 30minutes or less, he created a new fob key for me in 15mins for a reasonable $180. I understand not everyones experience can be as smooth as mine was but just wanted to say thanks a lot!
When i called about having a lost car key replaced, i was told the tech would call me to give a final price before coming out. The operator said I would not be charged at all unless they come out. Tech called within 15 minutes which is awesome. By that time i didn't need the key because someone turned in my keys. I explained this and he was very friendly. 10 minutes later i get a call from them saying the techs been trying to call and i wouldn't answer, that the tech drove out there and i wasnt there, and that because of this i was responsible for a 30$ charge for gas. I said I was told I didnt have to pay anything if i didnt take service and that a tech did call and i told him i didnt need assistance. Then the guy says okay, no problem, have a good day. Felt very unorganized and scammy
Two stars because they had a quick service response on a Saturday but ended up breaking my screen door lock to get me into my house. The locksmith tried to fix the screen door lock and pieced it back together over more than 2 hours so that it was in working order but not as good as it originally was Now exactly 2 weeks later and the lock broke again just by simply locking it by hand from the inside. It is currently stuck in the locked position and I can't even open the screen door lock with a key from the outside or by hand from the inside. I feared it wasn't put back together properly and am now correct
I visited the kiosk in bed bath & beyond I had a good experience pretty self explanatory. You just walk up put key in machine and its self made all you do is choose the style of key you would like and that's it, its literally made in minutes. I'll definitely visit again in the future.
A key i recently made at this location didn't work. I called and the representative was very professional. I will continue using this company because of their integrity.
It was fascinating to get a key that actually worked when I got it home and opened my door with it. I've been to hardware stores and sometimes the keys didn't even work when I.got it home.
