Definitely a huge, one-stop shop for all Chicago sports and a few other sports team paraphernalia. Besides the defective tag on my Chicago Bears beanie pictured here, the staff and store is worthy of 4.5 stars. Maybe the item was a return. Definitely like the free in-store pick-up option, but of course, check your online order items in-store before leaving. I didn't, unfortunately.
I live in Minnesota now but spent my first 43 years in Chicago. I miss my Cubs and Bears terribly. Clark street sports has some of the most unique t-shirts and hats and I love all the things I've purchased. It's also so easy to order online. It got to me super fast. Not a bad thing to say except you're gonna break me.I want so many t shirts and I can't afford them all.
Worst experience I've ever had. I'm a born and raised Cubs fan all my life. So, I bled Cubbie blue. Since I've moved and now live in Tennessee. I wanted 2 take represent Cubs nation. I went in 2 purchase a Hoerner 2 Cubs jersey. So, I picked out an XL jersey and had them place his name and number, along with the sleeve patches I wanted. As they were working on the jersey, I was looking around the story and purchasing a shirt 4 my Cubs shirt 4 my wife. They called me over once they were finished and gave me the jersey after I paid a good amount of 4 it. Well, this is were the worst experience really begins. I got 2 where I was staying in Chicago and showed my wife the Cubs jersey. She said it looked kind of small. So, I looked at the size of the jersey and it was the WRONG size. I immediately called the store 2 let them.know they place ahoerner's name, number, and the 2 patches on the WRONG jersey size.and that I was going back 2 have them do it right. Once, I got back 2 Claet Street Sports, I was told that the only thing they would B able 2 do, is reduce Hoerner's name and number 4 free, but that I would have 2 repurchase the 2 sleeve patches. I advised her that she had told her co-worker the size I needed and gave her all the instructions she needed 2 give me the correct Cubs jersey. I wasn't going 2 repay 4 any patches because it was there mistake. Remember, now these jerseys R not cheap. After much debate, she finally relented and started making a new jersey. I repacked out the new patches and waited longer as she was texting and being on her phone B4 she finally finished the jersey. Instead this time, I was not leaving until I inspected the finished product. And can U believe. The Cubbie sleeve patch heated through so much that it caused the glue 2 through and was very noticeable. I brought it up 2 there attention but she was like, what. I don't C anything. I had enough and asked 2 speak with the manager. She when over 2 him and spoke with him 4 a little bit. Once he came over, I explained 2 him what has happen and showed him side by side the differences between the jerseys and the patches. Then I asked him ,if he would spend the amount of I'm spending 4 a dirty patch on a brand new Cubs jersey. He couldn't even answer the question as he tried 2 stare me down. I asked him again, if he would buy an expensive Cubs jersey the the glue pet him which now stained the 1 he wanted me 2 take . I told him straight up. If he would said yes. He was lying because of the amount of money it cist. He asked if I wanted another jersey. Which I could tell he didn't want 2 do that 4 me. So, he asked if I wanted a refund. I said, "YES." Now the female co-worker told me earlier, they didn't do refunds on custom jersey, LIE . I leave without getting what I wanted as a representation of my support 4 the team I love. This was the WORST experience I've ever had and would never tell any1 2 go there because of how I was treated as a customer, heck as a person. So, I'm now back home in Tennessee without my Cubs jersey and not being able 2 show that Cubbie Nation is strong and lives up in the hills. So, I would say, go somewhere else B4 walking in2 Clark Street Sports.
When ordering online, Clark Street is always very quick with getting my order out to me. Their site is very easy to navigate, and they always have great hats and other apparel.
I recently visited Clark Street Sports at Yorktown Mall and was extremely impressed by the amount and variety of product and the sales associates, Maytee and DeJa. They were helpful, happy and very patient! If I were an owner of any business, I would want employees like these two representing me. Well done Clark Street Sports!!! Shop small!!
First time ordering a Chicago Cubs cap from this establishment. Placed order on a Sunday night and it was delivered on Wednesday. I live in Las Vegas, just to say that it was a surprising turn around. I will definitely be ordering from Clark Street Sports again.
Amazing customer service! I had to make a last minute game day purchase so I was in a hurry and they were busy with other online orders but they got order ready for me asap! Will be back with more purchases!
My items arrive earlier than expected and were delivered in a box wrapped in plastic. Much appreciated for someone living in Florida, where it rains almost every day. Items are in perfect condition and I am very pleased with everything I bought. I will definitely order from you again!
Best Clark Street Sports store in the city. Awesome selection of all Chicago teams. Plus if you like clearance merchandise. They have a lot. Whether you’re looking for an authentic baseball jersey or replica. They have it. They I believe have an on-site customization center where you can have a jersey or hat customized.
I ordered Chicago flag swim trunks for my husband online. When they arrived, I decided I should get a size larger. I called the store to see it they had them, and they said come on in and we'll exchange them for you. I did, the really nice staff person took quick & easy care of my exchange, and I ended up buying more things. What a great store with so much great inventory of Chicago sports & city clothing and items. Great gift place. We went to the larger store on Lawrence, but my daughter said the one on Clark is plenty big and full of items, too. We'll be back.
