Her last name definitely represents the beautiful vegetation of the region. El Oro's humid and tropical climate is excellent for growing fresh vegetables and fruit trees. how to mix the rich flavors of fresh vegetables & spices to make a tasty aji, which is the word that we use in Ecuador for hot salsa . My mother carried this tradition to the United States, and her salsa was always a big hit at the table. Since childhood I believed that this salsa should be available for everyone to enjoy.
