I didn't realize this Chick-fil-a had a children's play area, which is awesome! My young boys loved it and didn't want to leave. The food was delicious and hot as always! The service was wonderful and helpful. We had multiple staff members asking if there was anything we needed. I appreciate the changing table in the men's restroom for a dad with a young child some places only have changing tables in the women's restroom. My son loved smelling the flowers that I assume were put out for Valentine's Day, but maybe they always have them out. Overall, it was a great experience! I'm sure my kids will be ready to go back again soon...and I will be happy to take them. Kid-friendliness: They have a children's play area, which is awesome! My young boys loved it and didn't want to leave. The kids lived the food and it was a perfect size for them. There were highchairs on rollers, which made it easy to maneuver. We had multiple staff members asking if there was anything we needed, so i didnt have to get up feom the table. I appreciate the changing table in the men's restroom for a dad with a young child some places only have changing tables in the women's restroom. My son loved smelling the flowers on the table. Parking: This place was packed, but I was able to find a place to park.
Went through drive thru and ordered a chicken club meal no bun with pepper jack cheese and bacon. Drive all the way home to discover no bun no cheese no bacon. Drive all the way back and they took my sandwich with nothing on it and just but bacon on it and through the slice on top and sent me on my way. UTTERLY DISAPPOINTING coming from them. Chick Fil A dropped the ball and I used by gas traveling back and forth this is what I got and it was cold or the cheese would have been melted. WOW!!!!!!
Disappointed with salad today. Vegetable was fresh. So much that we picked out and just lost appetite as we picked out bad vegetable. Service was good but didn’t get the requested sauce.
I just picked up dinner, the chicken strips were good. The deluxe chick fil A had a very weird taste like the chicken is going bad and the fries were dry cold. I couldn't eat them. It's sad and unfortunate since i really like eating here.
You get what you pay for! Nice environment. Mr. Joe was very pleasant. The greeting by lead and cashier upon entrance was friendly & welcoming. Inside & play area were well kept. Restrooms very clean too.
Great chicken and fries. My wife loves the lemonade. Our 3 year old had a great meal and actually ate it all. Jim in the dining room brought him a little Christmas book. Awesome service.Food: 5/5
I've been to this location a few times and I've had Cloe, an employee for Chick-fil-a, almost each time. She has such a good attitude and provides great service while being professional and helping answer any questions my wife or I have had. I'll definitely be back because of her and people like her.
Chick-fil-a lives up to the hype. The service is the most friendly, the food is amazing and prompt. I ordered 15 sandwiches for a work lunch, and they were ready in 5 minutes. Always a crowd favorite!Food: 5/5
I don't know if they hired new people, but they got my name wrong, my order wrong. The sad thing is the order wasn't even for me. All I remember is the guy saying "Andre" which isn't my name, but he said "close enough". Didn't even apologize. Forgot to add my fries to the number 1 order. Maybe they should try to slow it down. It looked like they were trying something new to move the orders out faster. IT'S NOT WORKING.
This location has been going downhill lately. Not sure what happened. They’ll get my order wrong or make me wait awhile and I never get a card for a free sandwich next time anymore either. Also, in terms of rewarding Signature Members, this location doesn’t not care at all. I just learned some locations send their Signature Members merchandise and free stuff all the time. Some are doing daily rewards as a Countdown To Christmas. Very disappointed!
