I have never had such a horrible experience ordering food, i had to repeat my order about 15 times just for it to come out so insanely wrong. The first thing i said and emphasized on was two spicy chicken sandwiches with no pickles, i received one with pickles, not a second one, I instead got a deluxe something that never came out of my mouth, along with a “side salad” which was kale. Just kale. Never come here if you actually want what you ordered.
ALWAYS DELICIOUS & HOT!!! THE SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. I'M YELLING BECAUSE I'M PRETENDING I'M GOING TO TELL IT ON THE MOUNTAIN. NO ONE CAN COMPARE. THEY HAVE PEOPLE OUTSIDE UNDER THE CANOPY WITH HANDHELD ORDER REPORTERS. By the time you get to the pickup window everything is ready they've got three people there to make sure you get your food immediately!!! Beats the rest because they're the best
I feel silly for leaving CFA a review but this place has always prided themselves on excellence and my received orders recently haven't reflected that at all. Things have been missing without any notice or replacement from the restaurant. Items have also been completely wrong. On top of all of this, today my food came exposed, it was falling out of the wrapper it should have been. I urge you to please speak with your employees on this or just find new employees altogether. I have been coming to this location for 10 years and this is the first time in that span that your food has ever been messed up and sub-par.
Service was horrible from the time I told them I was picking up a mobile order to the pickup window. I didn't think it was possible to ever receive horrible service from Chick-fil-A, they proved me wrong. Even thought it was funny when I mentioned the lack of friendliness at drive thru.Food: 1/5
This chick-fil-a is cool. The staff is not as inviting ouke they are at other locations. The wait to get food is longer, also, constantly. The eat-in area is nice. I like to eat at the outdoor benches when it's nice out. They are a little stingy with the sauces at this location, too. I asked for 3 sauces and the server looked at me funny.
This location isnt pleasantly accommodating at all. A member of our group wasn't accommodated easily with refills or additions we paid for. We enjoy coming to chick-fil-a"s for their quality and customer service. She ended up having to eat her meal in our work truck because getting what she ordered proved difficult. There was no time left for her to sit and eat.
Hey family this Chic-fil-A location had the A team working today and that's a good thing. Your food order is correct, right temperature with great customer service Thank you very much It's my pleasure!!!
Service wasn't what we're accustomed to on Washington Blvd & Baltimore National Pike. We weren't accommodated easily for refills or additions we paid for. When I requested what we paid for I had to wait incredibly long, then watch them ask the manager, then ask for the receipt. Yo! We just paid over $50 for fast food for 3 people. What the hell! It took so long trying to fix my meal to eat that there was no longer any time left for me to relax and eat. I won't be back. Has chick-fil-a stopped salting their fries? This is an annoyance.
Went to go pick up a mobile order. I entered the chicfila around 15 minutes after the order was placed, I saw the order behind the counter an additional 10 minutes after that. I spent the next 15 minutes trying to get an employees attention to ask them to hand me the ready order, but every employee walked past me as if I wasn’t saying anything at all. By the time I received my food and drove 5 minutes home, the food was cold and the drink was warm. 0/10.
Gave me the incorrect order, then replaced it with correct order but all cold food and stale fries. When I called about that the manager "Todd" was very dismissive and was giving me attitude over the phone as if this first of all isn't his job line but also a mistake on their end. I shouldn't have to return to a place on the other side of town to receive yet another meal that should have been correct the 1st time but CERTAINLY the 2nd time. I'm also not surprised because this location seemed more like a hangout spot for the employees rather than a place where food is being served. I mean have fun and enjoy where you were but obnoxiously loud conversations that have absolutely nothing to do with your job should be kept to a minimum and not literally at the counter or over people's food. And it wasn't just one or 2 people it literally seemd like most of them were there to fraternize. Pic of cold, stale but very greasy fries to accompany
