We called in our order and paid ahead of time, the process was super simple. This location has been great since it opened and always had our orders correct and food has been hot and tasty! Wifey like the biggest and gets a side salad and enjoys that .. oh and these lemonade milkshake things are dangerously addictive! Parking: Has locations spots for call ahead orders
They don’t take orders correctly. I ordered a spicy deluxe with no tomatoes or pickles and when I bit into my sandwich it had both tomatoes and pickles in it. what if I was allergic ??? my mom asked for a bag with handles since we already had a lot of things in our hands and they charged her 50 cents for A BAG ? we also asked for a receipt and it took them forever to give us one. the manager asked if we really needed a receipt ?? how unprofessional. next time I’ll go to the chickfila with better customer service!
Summary: 3/25/2023 -Dirty at any time and ready to complain to the health department. -Many of the tables do not have # for the application work properly. This restaurant it's damaged the image for the franchise for my personal opinion. -Previously, example to follow old adm. 4/22/2023 -Improving... the tables already have numbers. - getting better at cleaning
A lady who works here named Lisa is the sweetest lady she helped me with my two young daughters getting us seated and grabbing me a high chair for my one year old she deserves a raise people like her will keep me coming back to this Chic fil A in olney. God bless you Lisa Kid-friendliness: Fun play place for small ones and friendly staff.
The people who work here are professional and inviting. Drive thru is fast and the place is often busy but they always manage to make every customer well taken care of. I usually order the nuggets which were a bit on a dry side but it still taste yummy. Clean and nice location of a Main Street. It’s seems pricey a bit..
With the owner change it has drastically changed they cannot keep up with the demand and the workers need more training. I got a Cobb salad which you’d think is pretty simple to make and I am just disgusted at this point. My chicken looks like it’s bite sized lol and my salad smells as old as it looks. Just why
Worst most rude chickfila I've ever been to. Super slow and run the worst. Really should go out of business since management changed. I will never return to this sh*t store. Hopefully chickfila does something because most other stores are so good.Food: 1/5
Always messes up my order. Literally. Every. Time. Place is managed by children. Only go here because it’s close. 100% would not recommend. Would give zero stars if it was an option. Every other chick fil a I’ve been to has been run like a well oiled machine. Not the case here at all. Embarrassing.
Unacceptable! 27 mins in drive thru!!!!! The new/current owner/operator needs to just go back to the aerospace industry and leave the fast food industry alone. Reminded me tonight why I drive 10 extra mins to another Chick Fil A and still get home faster than when I used to pick this location.
Ordered a five piece nugget been coming here REGULARLY for years, as I work next door and they were always good in the past- but today decided to give me 3 edible pieces and 2 pebbles of breading. I WALKED BACK THROUGH THE RAIN, and simply showed them the “nuggets”. “It’s supposed to be for kids” she sneered. -so y’all are just selling breaded dreams as “nuggets” to kids??
