Here in Beckley, your Chick-fil-A is owned and operated by Richard Jarrell. Our mission at Chick-fil-A Beckley Galleria is to have a positive impact on our community one guest transaction at a time.

Best chicken sandwich I have ever had at Chick-fil-A. We were with a tour group. The staff was so welcoming and courteous. They held the doors opens for us with smiles and words of welcome.They were mindful of our time frame. They got our food out quickly so we could be on our way.Food: 5/5
Nicest Chick-fil-A I've ever been through!! Very big and roomy drive through that was covered all the way around the building; wished Georgetown, Ky had this kinda room in its drive through!! Very nice dining area! Super clean restrooms! Last but not least, the service and food was superb!!! Food: 5/5
This is probably the only fast food restaurant locally that the teenage employees are very upbeat & kind & actually seem to enjoy their job & actually take pride in their work! Every time I come here actually either location whether it's dining in or drive thru the employees are professional, courteous, kind & are smiling & WORKING..NOT just standing around or ignoring customers! The food is always fresh & hot & CORRECT..NO MISSING ITEMS & it's served neatly! The dining area is clean..no dirty tables & the restroom is even very well kept!
The staff was super overwhelmed and we waited extra long for our order. 3 kids meals. 1 order grilled stips and a Mac and cheese.. not a hard order for sure. Once we got our order we ate like kings. Yummy!Food: 5/5
I have always been in awe of the customer service at Chick-fil-A, until Friday morning. We decided to go inside since the drive thru was quite busy. Upon entering the restaurant and stepping up to the counter several employees walked by and no one greeted us for several minutes which is so unlike any other experience I have had at a Chick-fil-A. Finally someone took our order to go note we were the only 2 people in line and we ordered 2 chicken biscuits and 2 drinks and stood at the counter for quite some time waiting for our food. I was just really surprised at the lack of friendliness and have never had to wait that long even when the lines are backed up to the door.
Lately the drive thru has been pretty slow for a Chick-fil-A and lots of mistakes when it comes to adding the condiments and forgetting items and drinks. I hope management gets better over time. I hate the removed the Veggie Cool Wrap! It’s what I always order here and that means I won’t be able to come as often. Also, wish they would start offering Fat Free Italian dressing for salads. Bring back the spicy ceasar salad please!!
As always Chick-fil-A shines bright! I don't think I have ever had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A, and this was no different. Kind, fast, and tasty! No matter where I end up, I know that I can count on the food and service! Thank you for everything you do, and I am happy to be a customer!
Overall the food is great. I guess it's just my luck I always have issues with the fries.Food: 4/5
Went in the drive thru for milkshakes, my order was taken quickly and although there was a lot of cars in front of me there was hardly any wait time.Food: 4/5
Always craving chik fil a. Too bad the days we most crave are Sundays, but its Truett Cathy tradition. Quick service and always a pleasure.Food: 5/5
