Very efficient Chick-fil-a in Covington. Food is always good. Areas to improve - seeing the order before paying. I had some items missing from my order. Protect the employees from the sun. Seems that the employees are constantly under the weather to take your order. It would be nice is they had a hat to protect them from the intensive sun and have a backpack with water so that they can cool off.
Ordered delivery for the hash brown bowl and the sun joy peach half and half, it was good my drink was really small to be 3.20 and my bowl had a lot of space in it … that bowl wasn’t enough … but it was straight I made it work :Food: 3/5
This is exactly what I want my 10 year old daughter reading while we are placing our order. Manager thought it was funny an allowed it. One on each wristFood: 1/5
This has to be by far the worse experience that I’ve had at any Chic fila. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager Chelsea, not only was not apologetic but she was very defensive. I would not suggest anyone eat here unless you want to find hair in your food! Beyond disgusting!
I placed an order for my daughter and I on the mobile app, it was 9:37pm. We arrived at the restaurant at 9:50pm, a worker was approaching my car so I informed her that I had placed an online order, she said “oh wait”, and she proceeded to assist the cars behind me. By the time I got to the front they told me they had to cancel my order because it was already 10:00pm and they did not have any food left. I was frustrated because I placed my order way before and I arrived there on time. People that arrived after me got their food and we felt ignored. There was a woman Hannah I asked her why my order was being canceled and she just said “we’re closed” and she didn’t say anything else on why my order was canceled. She claimed that I was late and I was not late, we were there way before and placed my order before. I just hope that they refund me for that transaction, I think that was unfair to me and my daughter. Bad customer service.
Awesome food, quick service with a smile, and reasonably priced menu. The CFA in Covington obviously has a great management team and well-trained employees. Why can't other fast-food chain restaurants measure up to the same high standards of CFA?Food: 5/5

I absolutely love Chick-fil-As breakfast . I must admit I'm totally hooked. The food, service and the atmosphere are awesome. I don't know how they do it, especially at times like this. Other places of business should take notes and perhaps treat their people better. I went to the service station the other day and they were closed early. I wondered why, so I ask went I stopped by the next day. They told me that they had no one to work, so they couldn't stay open. These jobs need to be careful how they treat their people right now, because this generation is just not willing to put up with the usual work place treatment.
Called in my order and they had it ready within minutes. Always friendly staff at the Covington location. Service is fast and they seem to all have a smile for you when you stop in. Great job Chick fil A, Covington team!
Another great location for a CFA. Definitely busy but I will say parking lot is designed. Very weird when I say that it's hard to figure out where you're going to go to get to the drive-thru. Other than that no issues.Food: 5/5
