The drive through had three lanes for orders yet the whole process was effective and very fast. Jasmine took my order and she was very patient and polite. Dylan served me my order on a tray and was very courteous. My order was correct and ingredients on my sandwich were fresh. My soup was hot and delicious. Chick-fil-A is always fast & friendly. We frequent this particular location often & always have accurate orders from the drive through. The food is always fresh & delicious! All employees I have encountered here have been personable, professional & friendly!Food: 5/5
Food was fast and convenient, but as a previous fry cook, I could tell it sat for a bit before being served to us. That's why it came fast. I asked for a special drink mix, which is strawberry lemonade. Otherwise friendly service and quick service to our table of 3.Food: 3/5
I am incredibly disappointed in the lack of ethical responsibility and professional accountability from this location. Owner refuses to address damages done to my personal vehicle by their employee on company property. I drove from the dealership across the street and brought my new car to this location and one of their employees leaned up against it wearing a backpack with metal pieces and significantly damaged the front quarter panel of my new car. Scratches down to the metal and damage to the clear coat. The employee even set off the alarm on the car and the owner/operator refuses to do anything about it. I spoke with the owner and conveniently the cameras that cover the incident were malfunctioning and the owner/operator accepts zero responsibility for damages done by an employee wearing a Chic Fil A uniform.
The parking lot set up is absolutely ludicrous. Parts are blocked off, so that there is only one way in and one out.there is completely insufficient space to not only navigate but far too few parking spaces for the other businesses which share the lot…never mind Chick-fil-A itself. Also, keep in mind that they do not make your catering order until you arrive to pick it up. They claim this is to keep the sandwiches warm… However, you can expect another 15 to 20 minute. Wait once you arrive depending on how large orders happens to be.
The food was great...always is. The counter person was very indifferent. Many employees were just standing around while the trash overflowed. Unusual sight in any Chick-fil-A. Vegetarian options: Very limited vegetarian choices
You always know what you're going to get at Chick-fil-A, no matter where you are. The food is good. They have gluten free buns for those of us with dietary need. The staff here was especially friendly. A good experience. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options
I don't know why but this Chick-Fil-A is better than the others! The food always tastes better some how! We've also used them for catering for our school track meets and they go above and beyond. Joel is extremely helpful getting everything set up perfect and even follows up after the event to make sure everything went as planned.
By far the best customer service I've seen. All the staff there is extremely nice and their food was absolutely delicious. If you are looking for gluten-free I'd say this is a great place with no cross contamination.Food: 5/5
