Chick-fil-A E. University Ave

We went through the drive through before lunch rush. The girl on the speaker was very polite and accommodating. The food came out hot and fresh and fast. I had never tried the grilled chicken bites before so I tried those out today. Very good The 8 piece was a perfect amount. I love their frosted lemonade so had to get one of those! I love their waffle fries and Chick-fil-A sauce. They have a great variety of sauces and are never stingy with them. Will continue to come here. It's a little pricey, but I don't mind spending the money knowing that I will receive good service and great quality food.

The location on university can not get an order right if their lives depended on it. I placed an order for a salad and a #4 which came out to a little over $20. I get home and see I paid $20 for a salad. I will not go back to this establishment as they have no trained staff. How difficult is it to get an adder with two items correct. Apparently very. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would.

Waited over 25 minutes to get my food, after waiting 15 minutes in the drive through I was parked for an additional 10 minutes waiting for strips. Hard to believe this is possible as I used to work at chick fil a and strips only take roughly 4 minutes to cook. This chick fil a doesn’t even hold a candle to the various other locations I’ve been to around the state. Operator if you’re reading this please take notes.

I like chick fil A, the employees are always pleasant. The food very consistent. I order the southwest chicken salad. The Avocado Lime dressing is delicious.Food: 5/5

Busy time for them waited in the drive through for over 30mins to order and get to the window get my food and there are No sauces i asked and paid for extra for theres melted plastic in my mac and cheese ans I ordered spicy chicken sandwiches with pepper jack no cheese on any of the sandwiches and when i tried to call the store no answer would ring and ring and ring do better.

This is by far the nicest Chick-fil-A that I have been in. The building is beautiful and spacious, the environment is friendly and relaxed, customer service was wonderful and everything was clean and organized! I highly recommend this Chick-fil-A to anyone nearby. It is definitely worth the stop!

Chick-fil-A stores are clean and inviting and this one is especially roomy. We love the pleasant, efficient staff at the restaurants. However, this particular restaurant is unlike what we're used to! You can't get your own soda or tea, or get refills, or any of the sauces! This amazed me. There also weren't any vases of flowers on the tables as there are at Chick-fil-A's where I'm from. The prices are also higher, $9 for a simple meal with a small drink, compared with $7. Maybe the proximity to the university is why customers can't help themselves. There were very few customers inside at lunchtime, which surprised me at first, because southern CFAs are super busy. My former Chick-fil-A's also had a lot of spices, whipped cream, and sugar sprinkles out during autumn and winter so that you could add them to your coffee or shakes, but not here.

The people that work there are always super nice and always try to make it up if they ever mess up with your order they never really do and they give good serviceFood: 5/5
