Great dinner and family-friendly atmosphere. We witnessed the manager assist the cashier, training her up in the Chick-fil-A standards. What a beautiful display needed. Mac and cheese and nuggets were excellent. The market salad was sooo fresh and filled with healthy items. A sandwich was not hot, but when it was acknowledged, it was immediately corrected. So many families flooded this location but they handled it well. Thank goodness Vegetarian options: Great fresh salads. So love the kale salad. Kale salad size is larger. So thankful. Kid-friendliness: Play area on sight. Parking: If parking lot fills up, there is more parking available at surrounding locations. Wheelchair accessibility: Restroom and door accessibility along table accessibility. Dietary restrictions: Just ask. The cashiers and management are helpful and can explain what's available. Fresh vegetables and fruit available.
For The last week I have gone to Chick-fil-A for lunch for my work crew. Now the line does move fast and the employees are happy and my food comes out quickly My large fry is never even halfway full In fact everybody is fries I only halfway full and sometimes soggy. I don't know why either the small or the large fries are never filled to the top but it's absolutely annoying especially when I'm buying 2to3 number one meals, large size add milkshake and buying two or three number two large add milkshakes... FYI this was the Fri with the most fries in it. Ridiculous considering 50 bucks plus to feed 4-5 guys
Disappointed in my experience at this location. Guess because I have to compare it to my experiences with other locations. Not only was the wait longer in drive thru when it wasn't busy at all but after placing my order & pulling over because one of the drinks was leaking because there was a hole in the cup I realized that we were never asked what kind of sauces we would like with our chicken sandwiches. Luckily, I had to go in to go replace the drink so I could get the sauces. Unfortunately, when we were eating our waffle fries they were luke warm & very clearly the last of the batch. I will chalk this up to just a bad day because overall Chick-fil-A is known for A+ customer service!!
I placed an order in drive thru I got the CFA biscuit with a hash brown, CEC muffin and a large hash brown and a chocolate cookieapp reward for the cookie. I explain that the co worker I bought the CFA biscuit she didn’t like the biscuit because it wasn’t like the biscuits at a McDonalds or biscuitville. I kept the food to take back after I got off work. None of the food was eaten. I tried to return the food along with my receipt I was told by Nathan I couldn’t get a refund because CFA doesn’t issues refunds if someone doesn’t like the food or doesn’t want the food anymore. At this point I’ve pulled out my phone and recorded him telling me a consumer that works hard for their money, buys food doesn’t want it and you tell me I can’t have my money back. I explained to him I work customer service and I told him if I had a customer that came to my place of work and spent their money and didn’t like the product and had the food I told him I’d have to refund them it’s only right, I’d never deny a consumer there money back. I told him I’m not leaving the drive thru until I get my money back. He then tells me he is going to call the police on me I am a woman of color, I wasn’t rude, disrespectful or anything. you’d rather waste the police time and resources when crimes are actually being committed to have them come here instead of them just giving me my money back. This is completely wrong nor is it fair. I just wanted my money back that’s all I want. I will never go to any CFA ever again. The customer service is horrible. You can’t force someone that works for their money to keep something they don’t want. I’ve called corporate to try and get this resolved for my refund. This place will never get another dime from me once I get my money back.
I have a love/hate relationship with this location. They are conveniently located for me and I love the food but there are a lot of young kids that work here that just aren't focused on the job. I get a little annoyed with missing items when using the drive-thru and the dine-in service usually lacks as well. I keep going back due to location and cleanliness though...the Wake Forest location is about the same distance but is typically filthy and they seem to put like 99% of their efforts towards the drive thru only over there. Kid-friendliness: Play area for kids. Parking: Limited spaces. Wheelchair accessibility: Several dedicated spaces.
I have such high standard when it comes to chick fil a because every time I go to the one in wake forest they do just that. I’ve been to this location 3 times and every time it’s been a mess. Today it just took me to another level, not only they got my food wrong 2 times is frustrating. I’m confused on how it went from the cook to whoever bag the food to the lady in the window and the lady outside and no one noticed it was wrong for the second time. The 2 girls at the window was more into their conversation about whatever besides work then maybe someone would’ve caught the mistake. I DO NOT EAT MEAT AND IT HAD BACON ON IT. When I truly express that I needed no meat on the salad. I would be spending more gas to go back then, I spent on my food and time when the order would probably be wrong again!! This store need attention and people that will pay attention. Vegetarian options: They need more vegetarian options some chick fil a say they can’t remove items of the salad. You would more sales with more veggie options !
This location needs to elevate how they treat delivery drivers. Even the manger the tall guy in blue ignores the drivers he will see you standing there and not even ask if you need help or say hi for that matter. One time I stood over by the empty rack for at least 15 mins before a worker came from behind the counter to ask me if I was waiting for an order. I wasn’t going to write a review but I’ve experienced bad customer service from this location more than once as a delivery driver.
This morning I had my worse encounter with Chick-fil-A. I never in all my years thought id ever have to give this chain a bad review. But today is the day. Its been coming for a while. I figured this location was just going through some changes and needed to be given some time. Every morning I order the same thing. I've been coming to this location for about 10+ years as its right up the street from work. Folks have learned my name over the years because i eat the waffle fries for breakfast and i dont mind the wait. As of late i've been indulging in the Parfait with granola and cookies crumbles on the side divine you should try it. Every morning they mess it up. My wife has told me i should check my orders. But this is Chick-fil-A they don't make those kinda mistakes is my logic. This morning i figured i get the heart shaped minis for my baby and my parfait. They called me the wrong name for the 2nd day in a row and messed my order up for the very last time. I went inside the establishment and asked to speak with someone in charge. Fella said he was the manager and i showed him the mistakes and he nonchalantly asked if i'd like it remade this was the 2nd time it was made, i had to pull out front and wait. I told him no i'd like a refund because the mistakes have become worrisome and often. He put 2 free meals card on the counter which i declined because who wants free food that will be at this location wrong or messed up.Time is my issue, you wasted my time. Money comes and goes and you spoiled my appetite and made me late for work. I spent 22 minutes at your establishment. I asked for a card for the owner or whomever is his boss. He pointed to the wall and said grab a card and call. No cards that i could see. But i did take note of a number on the wall. I figured i'd just post a review. If you knew better you'd do better. Get it together please. In the meantime do check your orders before passing them to customers.
The best by far. Never over-saturated with salt. Crisp strips of bacon. Cheese always melted and packed with love. Staff mostly friendly and they are always running! These members keep it moving on this busy strip. I'd skip Wake Forest to come here anytime. My order is always 100% correct with the exception on 1 time and it was remedied with urgency.
Always make you feel welcome no matter how long the line is up the street around the corner they still greet you with respect and by your name they be working that drive way line down love itFood: 5/5
