Just got home from a 30 min drive. My grilled chicken sandwich tastes nasty and soggy. Bread fell apart and i hate that i was hungry and finished the rest with no bread. Hopefully I don’t get sick from this. Must be my luck, in the past never had issue. Also the waffle fries seems to not be cooked all the way. They didn’t even provide a receipt
This is my favorite fast food spot! I have been going there for months. They never fail to be polite, always make my food fresh, and the prices are affordable. The kids that work in the drive-thru keep everything flowing smoothly. Great job!!! Vegetarian options: Yes Wheelchair accessibility: Yes Dietary restrictions: Lettuce wrapped
My 2 cents.... I know I'm going to get hate for this, but here we are ... There is so much better out there! What the heck is everyone so in love with Chick-fil-a for? I tried it again today.... Waffle fries are ok at best... need to be more crispy..... lemonade is good-ish.... overly sweet and kinda tart... The Chick-fil-a deluxe sandwich was very under whelming... Chicken was half the size of the bun... the batter was mushy and not overly tasty... the lettuce was wilted and the tomatoes were mushy.... Over all... it's not a place I'd go out of my way to go back to. I had such high hopes. unfortunately, I don't see the hype... I feel like my money is better spent elsewhere. #chickfila #chickfilabad #chickfilaneveragain
Their sandwiches, waffle fries and milk shakes are amazing. This is the best chicken sandwich I've had yet and it's real chicken! It's around $10 for the deluxe sandwich meal. You can't be that!Food: 5/5
Chick-fil-A never disappoints . We have been at this location so many times and never had a problem.I've been to several Chick-fil-A's and I have never gotten bad food or bad service once. The service is very fast and well organized, even when the lines are super long. The employees are always kind, courteous and have a smile on their faces. Chick-fil-A has the best customer service! I will always go back!! Their sandwiches are always fresh and delicious, no complaints there. Overall: outstanding franchise, restaurant is always clean, staff always helpful and friendly and the sandwiches are always delicious and fresh. Definitely worth the visit and highly recommended!
Always the best costume service hands down. Food was great as always. Restaurant and restrooms were clean. August is peach milkshake month, I highly recommend ordering one! I look forward to enjoying a peach milkshake every year! Kid-friendliness: One of the only restaurants left with a Play structure.
I believe the reason they put so much effort into their service and friendliness is to make up for the lack of options and flavor. Chick-fil-A is good but not amazing. Definitely overrated. The sandwiches are plain for how expensive they are. The tiny salads are over $10. Go to Cafe Rio and get a real sized salad. Their lemonade isn't bad but the peach shake was disappointing. All in all decent place. At one point a random employee walked up and cracked a joke. I'm not sure if it was supposed to be an insult, but we laughed at it so that he felt better. Front employees were very friendly and never stopped smiling...slightly creepy. Vegetarian options: It's a chicken place..... Well, if you want fries or a plain salad, I suppose that works. Kid-friendliness: 100% Kid friendly Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking and a ramp up the sidewalk.
Usually never have issues here. But this morning? The receipt says Dante was who helped us and I’m not sure why he was having a rough day, but I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt and tried to be patient with him as he was being extremely rude and almost condescending when taking our order. I had questions and he answered me like if he was an upset father reprimanding his children. Not only that the tone and attitude I received from this young man in the drive through were just harsh for it being 10:00 am. Please make sure if you’re working customer service you have a little more emotional intelligence and empathy for inquiring customers. A little patience will get you far.
So I ordered $70 worth of food. Online order, I get home I missing items. I now have to drive back 20 min to get the missing items m. My family is back home eating I gave my sandwich up to my son. So I can come back and pick up what was forgotten on there part. So I order 1 extra sandwich and a drink. Thought they would atleast take care of me. Nope they didn’t. The staff looks lost big guy in black shirt sees a line of people in the front. Just stands looking at a screen instead of hoping in and getting the line out. Just overall not cool man. I always spend a lot of money here but I might need to go somewhere else.
Staff is pretty friendly & helpful. The restaurant was clean & guests were happy. The parking lot on the other hand may need some help on how people be driving in! But other than that they are pretty fast at the drive thru.Food: 4/5
