I'll probably be kicked out of church on Sunday but I think McDonald's has better sweet tea but... my food was awesome and staff was super nice. Chicken strips were fresh and real meat. Waffles fries are always superior to regular fries. Cookies and cream milk shake was amazing. Mac and cheese was only about a 6.5 out of 10. Really enjoyed the experience.I try to visit every time that I am in town.
The reason why I love this place and gave it 5 stars is because the food and customer service is so great. We held a takeover night with the youth from the church and we took over and even though we were loud and kind rambunctious they were still extremely nice and polite.Recommended dishesGrilled Nuggets, Chick-Fil-A Waffle Potato Fries
They were amazing. Fast very friendly, and it was overall a great experience. I asked for a refill for my mother while she stepped away. Went back to my table and four other employees passed by stopped and asked if I was able to get my refill for my mother. It was the first time I saw them.

THIS IS ONE OF MY MOST FAVORITE FAST FOOD PLACES!!!! ME AND MA DAUGHTER COULD EAT CHICK-FIL-A EVERY SINGLE DAY AND NEVERRR GET TIERED OF IT!!!!! BIG FACTS..... Looks like the hamburgular got ahold of my large fries on the way home. Maybe next time I'll order an extra-large fry to make sure I get a full carton. By the way, not sure if it's just a Houma thing, but they ask you "What's the name"? so that they can track your order. Might I suggest "May I have your name please"?

It's a shame that this place started great ! But the food quality and service have gone down, the children play area is VERY FILTY.Food: 3/5
Super duper stingy with the sauce. Never get all the sauce I order. Even leave extra instructions about the sauce they go ignored. Fries have never been crispy not once. Gonna have to start taking my business to the east side or Thibodaux till yall get it together.
I was given a redemption card by Chick-fil-a back in February 2021 due to them messing up my order. The redemption card was for a free item fry, soft drink, ice cream. I went to the Chick-fil-a in Houma, LA today and placed a order for two cob salads with grilled chicken. I received my order after waiting 10 minutes and they prepared the salad with fried chicken. I gave the order back and they said they would have to re-fix the salads. While inconveniently waiting I asked to redeem the card for a small soft drink. I was told that the card was expired and that they could not honor it. WOW! If that was not terrible customer service I don't want to see it. If I could have given no stars I would have. So the card that they gave me for bad service the first time wasn't even applicable after they gave me bad service the second time!
