We love it here. The customer service is immaculate. Everyone’s so nice and kind makes the food taste even better today I want to give a special thanks to Stephany for putting a smile on my one year-old son face it’s just the small things in life that can really touch a heart and make a big difference. Keep up the good work Chick-fil-A of USC.
Service sucks here. I come in, no one greets me, then employees pass by over and over and say nothing, not even a smile. Finally another person comes and they are able to pick up their order but again, nothing said to me. Finally a guy says are you picking up. Another girl answers two other people and passes up myself and a guy next to me. Then my order is finally taken care of.
The place was so busy! Considered cheap for full meal. Love their buns and waffle potato fries, chicken was OK. That one staff was very nice. I told him that it was my first Chick-fil-A and he gave me recommendations! Oh and the sauce, never tried something like that before. Not my favorite, but still good :-
Is right across from the Banc of California stadium, which is a plus. The only thing I don't like about this location is how small it is. Tables are right next to each other, and you could hear the conversation of the people next to you. I don't know if it was just the day I went, but there is little to no AC, and it feels hot while you eat. Besides its small atmosphere it was very clean. This place is best if you're looking for takeout.
I am vey disappointed with the service that I received from this location. I want to first start off by saying, I am one to never complain. Always giving the benefit of the doubt There has been a few times when I've placed an order and I'm waiting on my name to be called after seeing 4- 5 people who placed their order after me, get there food. This has happened at least 3 times. I've waited for total of 25-30 mins in addition to the time it took to wait in line and order my food. After my order was placed. I made the manager, Jethro, aware of what happened this evening because it's not ok. I told him it's happened at least 3 times. He offers me a cookie or brownie. I was offended bc my time is very valuable. I have spent thousands of dollars at this location alone. The manager had no empathy was so ever. I told him I would like to be accommodated for the inconvenience and all he could do is apologize and ask me if I wanted a refund and they take the food back. Customer service is not was it used to be.
Spicy chicken burger was excellent, with decent amount of spicy and juicy. Was surprised at the kick. Loved the variety of sauces offered, especially the buffalo. Fries were on the pale, less tasty side. Nuggets were juicy and tasty, but a little too salty. It was a little confusing as we were dining in, and the cashier told us they'd be serving the food to us. But our names ended up being called to the counter and everything was in to-go bags. #localguides
I just found out Chick-fil-A was over here. I will be a regular now. I love the organization that they have inside when you receive your food.Food: 5/5

I would give it 5 stars because I love Chick-fil-A, but this particular location lacked all of the Chick-fil-A hospitality. The food was still tasty & fresh.
