This store is really cool I got a chicken bacon sandwich here and it was really good.Food: 5/5
Parking lot was a nightmare, so we ordered online for pickup. Staff was very friendly. The amount we were charged was ridiculous! My side of mixed fruit wasn't filled to the top. Fries were fine, but sandwiches were small for the price. $4.49 for a VERY small shake was outrageous!!! Quality of food is great, but definitely TOO expensive!!! We won't be back. Parking: Very congested, due to drive-thru traffic.
Great food, but during a rush it is apparent that they do not have the available infrastructure to process food orders expeditiously. The service is great and the employees are very pleasant and accommodating. It seems they have more drive through customers than walk-ins. They could use the parking lot to create a 2nd drive through with ordering and food distribution capabilities. I have more ideas I could share and am available for consulting purposes.
Greta food and service! Being able to order on the app was handy and when were near the restaurant the app update our order to preparing, which gave an accurate time for order to be ready. I was impressed with the wait time being accurate both times I have used it in Florida! Kid-friendliness: Fun indoor play area for the children! Parking: Plenty of spots to park in
Can't get anywhere near the place to place an order. Drive thru is such a mess the cars are blocking the parking spaces. Should really plan your parking lots better or get bigger lot to build on.Food: 1/5
They don't send out the food in the right order. A guy six heads behind me gets his order first. And you dare not go in the drive-thru because that wraps around the building twice. Don't even think about leaving because it's next to impossible. Food was great though.Food: 5/5
We mobile ordered breakfast and once we arrived the order was never made. Before we even talked to the lead running the shift, she was running around looking very confused. A dine in customer was also there waiting on his order that hadn’t come out. My screen clearly stated “we will make your order before you arrive.” The lead claimed we had to “say we were here” so they’d start making our order. I have never had an issue mobile ordering with Chick-fil-A. To me it sounds like they skipped our order/or forgot about it and then tried to cover it up with a load of bull.
Had quite a tasty chicken sandwich chips and drink 10 dollars , nothing special, but the staff were very attentive really good service .Food: 3/5
Got there at 8:47 and by the time we got circled around the bldg to order it was 9:02 and the order clerk said they were sorry but we were 2 minutes late, after waiting, and the people in front of us ordered.I was taking my granddaughter to her choice of meal and she wanted Chick filet.... Disappointed! Quite expensive, we did get to see menu
It's CFA... what's not to love. Food is always hot, fresh, and how you need it. Great with food allergies. Fast and top notch service. I'm not a huge fast food fan, but I also don't refuse some CFA.Food: 5/5
