I stopped by after spending all day in the ER, they were so generous and sweet! They even threw in a little gift card and words of encouragement. BEST STAFF EVER!Food: 5/5
We only go to this location because it is the closest and most convenient, BUT I always receive the wrong sandwich, I got the wrong drink yesterday and the cashier wasn’t helpful and I was charged extra for the wrong drink . I asked for lemonade and she gave me the frosted lemonade . As well as she was very nice to the man in front of us. When we got to the counter, her whole demeanor changed and she was very rude and she rushed us to order . Will be going to a new location from now on.
Today I ordered on the app expecting my order to be ready when the get there, however, after waiting in the drive thru lane for seemingly forever, Leo the manager on duty directed his employee to make me drive around the building to receive my order. I proceeded around the building where an employee was literally outside waiting for me. The craziest experience was I’ve ever had here. I called and spoke with Leo where he explained that ordering on the app absolutely does not expedite your order what so ever. That’s the only reason I order on the app. Very very disappointed. Good thing Canes’ is opening soon. The best way to improve service is a competitor. Thank you Leo you made it easy for me to fire you.
I came in the morning and ordered 2 chicken biscuits and a half unsweetened ice tea, the person who was talking my order then tried to correct me in a snarky voice saying I meant sun joy and not what I said. A Sun Joy has lemonade and sweet tea, I know what I meant and that’s literally not I said. After all that they forgot the second biscuit I ordered because they were to distracted trying to wrongly correct me. I’d go to a different location entirely if they’re just going to be rude and miss things in the process.
Ordered medium and large fries, both contained same amount by volume. Kale spinach was wilted and soggy. Definitely not fresh.
Seems like the whole crew didn't have smiles couldn't make eye contact and wasn't on their game was waiting for a doordash order more than 10 minutes just for them to tell me they didn't have the order on their screen. When I walk into a Chick-fil-A I expect them to be cheering and ask instead I got rude and attitude and got the order thrown on the table not even the pickup rack just a random table. I expect a little better considering its Chick-fil-A.
I am revising my entire review because I've come here a lot recently because it's on my way to work and it has shown great improvement from my initial visits. Could have been a Staff change or just a handful of fluke incidents. Either way this location is GREAT and I HIGHLY recommend.
They are always good in a hurry. The Cobb is one of the heatlhiest fast food options you can get. Try it!Food: 5/5
We go to chik fil a all the time, basically whenever we don’t want to cook. The food is good and their allergens are well documented. The prices are cheap and the rewards program points accumulate quickly enough to get a free sandwich every few visits. I like that the music inside the store isn’t merely the top hits or greatest hits. It’s quiet instrumental music unique to chik fil a that doesn’t distract from conversation. Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere is good and there is a highly visible play place for young kids. Also, the food is very kid friendly. Everyone loves chicken nuggets and fries. Their kids meals are well priced and offer some healthier options, but their prizes leave something be desired. Parking: There is just enough parking for everyone but it can be hard to reach if there are a lot of people in the drive through line. Wheelchair accessibility: There are two ramps from the parking are to the door and several tables have extra clearance on the sides for wheelchairs. The door may not be automatic, but there are usually a few employees outside who would be happy to open it for you. Dietary restrictions: Chick fil a has well documented allergy information. Many of the foods are fairly allergen free. My daughter had soy, milk, pea, and peanut allergies but she was still able to eat the fries and the grilled nuggets.
