Great fast service. Food was great. Quick lunch. Diet lemonade for life! Special thanks to Taylor who was running and hustling. That guy deserves special recognition for being the fastest and hustling the most! He had every under control and was able to keep everything flowing fine. Thanks Taylor! You made me smile seeing how hard you work!
Should’ve read the reviews before coming here. I always go to the one on Mayo and have never had any issues. Here I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru at a stand still even though the line wasn’t long, nothing was coming out of their kitchen. I thought at least my meal should be good considering how much time they had. WRONG. Everything was cold. I only got 2 sauces even though my ticket clearly asked for 6. My Mac and cheese is missing 25% of the portion. My fries are missing at least 45% of the portion. And my chicken looks like someone chewed off pieces from it. What a disappointment and waste of money. Learned my lesson to only go to the one on Mayo no matter what!
***July 23, 2022*** I would give a zero if possible. This is the second time this week I have ordered a meal and received my French fry container full Of napkins and only filled up 50% of the way with fries! Horrible! Prices raised and try to fool you by these games and the fries were soggy. This place isn’t worth your time. Poor customer services and when you notify them of their mistakes they try and charge you for the missed items they forgot. ***10 Days Later Update- August 2, 2022*** After filling out the online complaint forms on the corporate website I received a voucher saying "We know we can't undo what happened, but we'd love another chance to get it right." Well Chris Gammel who provided me the voucher this time your location didn't shove napkins into the fry box. THEY SHOVED THE SAUCES INSTEAD to make it look fuller. Not only that...the voucher you provided me Chris Gammel was only for a Chicken Sandwich Meal or an 8 piece nuggets. When asking the drive thru employee it was explained that the Grilled Sandwich Meal that I ordered before was $13 and that was more expensive than what Chris Gammel voucher was worth. So I was unable to pay extra for the Grilled Sandwich. At least the drive thru employee was kind. This will be your last "chance to get it right" for you Chris Gammel. At the very least do the right thing for your customers and fill the boxes of fries up and at the very least give a voucher that is the same price a customer paid for their original meal. Judging by the reviews I am not the first and I will not be the last because Chris Gammel's customer service is less than mediocre.
hick-fil-A is our go-to spot for a quick, delicious chicken sandwich. From the moment we pull up to the drive-thru, we're always impressed by the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. But it's the quality of the chicken sandwich that really sets Chick-fil-A apart. One of the things we love most about Chick-fil-A's chicken sandwich is the juicy, flavorful chicken. Whether we're ordering it grilled or fried, the chicken is always cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The bun is also a standout - it's soft and fluffy, and it holds up well to the juicy chicken and toppings. Another thing we appreciate about Chick-fil-A is the drive-thru experience. The staff are always quick and efficient, and they go out of their way to make sure our experience is enjoyable. We've never had to wait long in line, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. But despite these positives, there are a few areas where Chick-fil-A could improve. For example, the menu is somewhat limited, and there aren't many vegetarian or vegan options available. Additionally, the prices are on the higher side compared to some other fast food chains. Overall, while Chick-fil-A is a solid choice for a quick, tasty chicken sandwich, there are a few areas where they could improve. That being said, we do think they have the best chicken sandwich in town, and the drive-thru experience is always top-notch. If you're in the mood for a quick, delicious meal, Chick-fil-A is definitely worth considering.
This might be the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. I have hundreds of thousands of points and go to Chick-fil-A at least 4 times a week and this one always either has a drive thru line that takes 30 minutes to get through or forgets something when completing your order or will have you pull around and wait for it only then prompting you to have to call their number to get someone to remember you pulled around.

When I arrive, there was five cars in the drive-through, and that took a whole 20 minutes for them to go through. They look like they were well staffed, but the staff did not look like they wanted to be there. Everybody was just moody I guess that’s what happens when you hire a bunch of high school kids to work for you and Managment is annoyed.
Worst customer service of any chick fil a I have ever dealt with. No sauces were delivered with our large order. This wasn’t just a few. At least 25. When I called the store not only was I told “well, sauces are free so I’m not sure what you want me to do about it” but was also laughed at for asking for the sauces we were supposed to have. I could see this at other fast food chains but I didn’t expect this out of Chick fil a.
Most restaurants keep orders behind the counter and you have to ask for them, this ChikfilA does not, which allows people to steal orders. I do not get paid for this delivery order because they refused to remake it and that means I wasted my gas and time. I will not be accepting anymore pick up orders for ChikfilA.Service: 1/5
