Coming from Chicago this Chick-fil-A experience was so different. this Las Vegas location was not anywhere near as busy as the Chicago locations. I was able to walk in and walk to the front desk without A long line. The drive-through line was short and did not wrap-around the building and through the parking lot I enjoyed my experience here. I laughed with the staff about how busy the Chicago locations are. they could not believe it. The staff was nice and friendly. The place was clean. Atmosphere was great. Parking: Parking was plentiful, safe and clean
One of the employees forgot to bring our sauces except the salad dressing. Though, the food was very delicious due to the combination of flavors and spices with handmade ingredients. So, the restaurant was good to enjoy eating. The grilled and fried chickens were juicy and tender, the veggies were fresh and healthy, and the fries were superbly crispy and chewy. At least I didn't feel too bad afterward. Kid-friendliness: Everything was peaceful, so there wasn't any violence and profanity. Parking: It got extremely crowded and less spacious because of the popularity of the restaurant.
Nice location and what you would expect. Staff was friendly and quick. Establishment was clean and business was flowing. Getting into parking or the drive through is a little tucked away. They have bathrooms in the back right corner. The bathrooms have one handicap stall and one urinal for the male bathroom.
Good chicken nuggets waffles fries were fresh and the mac-N-cheese was delicious . Food was prepared fresh and taste was fresh. Hot sauce is good sour and spicy flavor.
This is what they call a “4” count chicken strip order. Unfortunately I had a take-out order and found out when I got home. This location used to be good and everything you expect from Chik-fil-A’s reputation but it has gone downhill with the friendliness of employees and accuracy of orders. The only thing that has stayed consistent at this location has been their cleanliness. The operator of this location needs to step up and make my customer service experience right. If they don’t then I’ll take my business elsewhere. There’s way too many other options than to spend my money than where my patronage is not appreciated.
Chick-fil-A is-in my opinion-basic and mediocre to begin with. Thankfully, the food is consistent and always fine, just nothing special. This location, unfortunately, needs some work. The restaurant wasn’t very clean when I went. The staff were not very polite, friendly, or helpful. The service was kind of slow. When I was served my food, I had to remind them about my shake. This does not line up with the expectations from corporate for employees of this chain.
Only disappointment is I could not tip the people out taking orders in over 104 degree weather... they are not allowed to accept tips. I hope they get some kind of pay for extreme weather conditions!!! I appreciated them very much!
Service is ok, food was hot for $10.46 you get 4 chicken strips that taste like Lawry's seasoned salt , a medium fries and a medium coke. I gave them 3 stars because the product didn't live up to the hype.
This place was due for a review. First off, I love this place. I eat that this Chick-fil-A location at least two to three times a month. The staff does an amazing job and the food always turn out great. Consistency and quality is their strength. I also live very close to this location so that's a good thing for me. But be warned. The food is pretty addicting. I definitely will come back again.
Five star as usual. The person in the drive through that took our order was super nice. She suggested the frosted strawberry lemonade. And now I'm suggesting it to all of you. Yes it's good. Chicken fried perfect. No super hard crunchy parts on the edges. Just three delicious chicken sandwiches to close out the day. Frosted strawberry lemonade. Ask for it.
