Wow this place is amazing! First time in drive through and the lady there was extremely nice and polite, I felt welcomed and taken care of. After that I get home and wow food was on POINT! Best chicken sandwich I’ve ever tasted. The chicken was so nice and crispy and DELICIOUS! This cfa is amazing, love itFood: 5/5
Just waited nearly 30min for our food. You should be told upfront there will be a long wait so people can leave. Not after you’ve paid. This is the second time in a month we’ve come and it’s taken nearly 30 min or more. The soda was not mixed properly, it’s basically just seltzer water. The fries were under cooked. Poorly managed. Won’t be coming back to this location again
They have a small play place for the kids to play in. One part you can climb up and slide down and then a little airplane with a steering wheel and windows for the younger ones who can't climb. Always fast service here even with a busy parking lot and dining room. The food is always fresh and hot we love this location. Stopped by on my way to sea world as I was in need of some nourishment. This place did not disappoint. I loved how big it is inside. It’s about time chick fil a decided to build bigger restaurants. The store was clean and the service was good. My meal was hot and fresh. My only complaint was that the bathroom smelled like poop. Still a great experience.

6am and i am satisfied! Decided to grub out inside and Judith was great. Had to look twice to remember the name but she deserves some credit. 6am! Cmon! This service is what keeps people coming back.Food: 5/5
I came by for dinner last night, the food was good as always & my kids had so much fun at the playground. Before we left I ordered takeout & Tori kindly offered to help carry food to my car because I had my hands full with my two littles 2 & 5. That was so sweet of her. After having a really rough day, it was refreshing for someone to go out of their way to help me. I love chic fil a! Thank you Tori!
Very busy Thursday evening and the place was packed. Still got through the drive thru fairly quick. Did I mention it was raining and the poor girls were outside in the rain taking orders and delivering food just to make sure everybody got their order quick and got out quick. The place was clean well lit and like I said the employees were everywhere doing their job they were in the Drive-Thru taking orders they were in the other end of the drive-thru delivering food so people could just drive through it was amazing how quick them ladies and I said ladies cuz that's all I seen was girls and they were amazing their manager should be proud and each one of them should get either a small bonus or a small raise. 5 Star's. Another great stop after work.... crazy busy but them girls get your order and around the drive you go to pick up your food. 5 Star
For fast food I love Chick Fil A. The food is good but the service, particularly at this Saxon location is always top notch. Been going here since they opened and have never had a bad experience with a single employee. Aside from the typical lunch or dinner menu I highly recommend the breakfast options. So good.Food: 4/5
Tried the new chick fil a sandwich and to be honest was disappointed, it definitely isn't a pretty sandwich, by the time I got to work 12-15 minutes as you can see the cheese had hardened and the bun was hard as well, it's as if they pre-made them to keep up with demand but if you make them not taste good, cold and hard when introduced what would make people want to come back for a second disappointment??? Really wanted this to be great, maybe when they start making them fresh to order IDK, at least the fries were decent after I added salt, the Coke was refreshing so there's that.
