Not really their fault that everyone loves this chain. The lines are always long and I sometimes wish they had a better system for getting you through faster. That being said you can’t bet the service. Everyone is polite and professional. You wouldn’t know that they’re having a bad day because the employees always have a smile on their faces. If I was going to recommend how you should hire employees I would use Chick-fil-A as a model. Parking: Not the biggest lot but enough to fit the usual vehicle eaters.
I tried multiple place to find the perfect place to have breakfast with my bro. The restaurant has green spot around the building. It had a real flower in the table. The food combination was really good and delicious chicken, bacon egg and sweet tea . The service was super I would not give five stars until I find something extra “ the extra mile “ and they did it. Parking: It was clean and fund to wall to the car
The staff moved like a well oiled machine. And Ms Cathy at the front-end was very friendly. Also I posted a awesome picture of extra special people picture they had on the wall, well worth the view.Food: 5/5
A very nice restaurant. It was bust at noon, but the servers were prompt and friendly. The Honey Pepper Pimento sandwich is good, too. The Frosted Coffee seems to have a different flavor…Food: 5/5
I generally hate leaving 1 star. But unfortunately, that's what I will give. The cashier first got my order wrong. I requested burritos, and she gave me bowls. Then I got to ask them to remake it, and instead of remaking it, they just fill a tortilla with the bowl contents, and the portion size is less in a bowl, thus making a smaller then usual burrito. I explained this to the manager and still refused to remake it. I let go and went on about my day. Won't be coming here. Honestly, the place looked pretty dirty. The table I sat in was dirty and had to clean it myself. It's unusual for Chick-fil-A to be unclean.
This location used to be good but has gone down the drain lately. They've messed up my simple order not once but three consecutive times. To the point that I stopped driving off until I checked my bag and STILL found something missing each time. Not worth your time or $$ when there are other locations nearby.Food: 1/5
First time at a chick fil a. Heard a lot about it and ess not disappointed. Excellent service and direction. Spicy chicken is actually spicy! The sauce that everyone hype about is worth the hype. Lol Kid-friendliness: There's a playground
Quite busy at 1205, little wait, made the food that much better. Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo. Service was great. Inside dining was crowded, play room was full of kids. Finding a place to park was the hard part, it was lunchtime. But happy I stopped in.Food: 5/5
The dine-in staff are very kind and attentive. My food took a little while to come and the guy who brought out the food apologized and gave us gift cards and more! So niceFood: 5/5
My family and I have been customers since we moved to the neighborhood in 2008. Several of the long-time crew members watched my daughter grow from 6 months to 15 years old, remember, and are genuinely happy when they see her once in a while. They’re always busy, and for good reason. The customer service and food quality doesn’t waver. I don’t even bother checking orders before driving off. I really appreciate that they renovated during the pandemic to the current double drive-thru system, yet with face-to-face ordering I’m deaf so this is particularly awesome for me.
