Like everywhere else unfortunately, this restaurant has really gone down hill. We stopped in this morning for the new pimento cheese sandwich and the service was less than satisfactory. We were the 2nd customers in the drive thru for the day yet none of the food was fresh and the new sandwich they advertised was slapped together with 0 care.
Chick-fil-A has the best customer service. I have COVID and when I explained to them they needed to leave the food on my car, they went above and beyond, even wrote a note wishing I get better. It put a huge smile on my face when I have been feeling terrible. This is the most caring fast food place I’ve ever experienced.Food: 5/5
No thank you! People act like they don't want to be there. They dress like they just got out of bed. If you don't like your job, quit! The last straw was when I found paper in my ice cream cone. This Chick-fil-A doesn't seem to be operating at the same standards as the others.Food: 1/5
Chick Fil-A is my favorite fast-food restaurant. Each restaurant is immaculately clean and in order. But, last time I ate there, the grilled chicken sandwich 8$ ??was on bread that was somewhat sweetened and just didn't go well with the excellent contents in between. So, I just don't buy that your if sandwich on my next visit. But it's still my favorite restaurant. Don't forget it's not Open on Sundays. I consider that a plus, cuz the young staff is ALWAYS happy and ready to be of service. Where they get such excellent employees, is what I wonder each time I eat are one of those restaurants.
Since when did the culture of impeccable customer service go down at Chick-Fil-A? They started off the with “my pleasure” and “thank you” to no “thank you” and especially “my pleasure” go away! Customer service was poor starting from the order taker I received no “thank you” all the way to the person handing my order! Not one “thank you” or “my pleasure” was received”! On top of it all, they left out my fries from a combo order I received. I guess you no longer care for business? Word of advice… hire some great older mature workers that were brought up with good manners and care about customers!
Food , service and atmosphere was great! Only problem was that employee sitting next us was complaining out loud about her management. Not something I want to here from an employee waiting to clock in! There's a time and place for that and it's not in the dining area next to customers eating breakfast or lunch!!Other than that great experience!!
I never come to this side of town but I came and order 8 meals and and I do this often on the better sides of town like culebra and never have a problem with them giving sauces 80 dollars worth of food and they want to charge me for extra sauce 5 sauces is not enough for 8 meals that real sad ! Never had and experience like this with Chick-fil-A
I asked for a couple of customizations, extra crispy fries, and fried chicken in the wrap. They couldn't oblige, which is understandable even though every other CFA I've visited could do it. The manager was flippant and seemed too busy to explain. Chicken came out a little soggy, not hot and crispy. Fries were Luke warm and not crispy. If I wanted mediocre food, I would have gone to a competitor and paid less money. Won't be back to this location.
When their food matches their customer service, they are a fast food chain that is hard to beat. One restaurant where you don't feel like you have to show someone how to cook to be able to fet your food right. Even when there is a mistake, we still enjoy coming.Food: 4/5
Seriously 16c for a thing of buffalo packet, they held up the line because I asked for 2 buffalo packets and had to dig for change. Then after gave me attitude because I was down to pay ! Y’all wanna charge then be okay to take the time to give them to the customer !Food: 4/5
