I come somewhat regularly and there’s usually always a line especially between 12-2:30 but the wait isn’t to bad though it goes pretty quickly. The food is always good, fresh and hot, the lemonade is great too. I’ve always had pleasant experiences the only time I’ve had an unpleasant experience was on Friday I ordered a deluxe sandwich meal and the bottom bun was hard as a brick. 10.8.22 update: Came here on 9/29 and ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich and 8 count nuggets and had to wait 30-40 minutes for my food because they were “out of nuggets” and were taking their good old time frying them up, didn’t even let me know when I first ordered that they were low on nuggets so there might be a wait time just had me as well as a bunch of people also waiting for nuggets standing there for a half hour or more. The only good thing that came out of it was that when I FINALLY did get my food the nuggets were fresh and hot but my sandwich wasn’t as hot as it could’ve been. For this hassle, 3 stars instead of the original 5 stars I had given this Chick-fil-A.
I order chicken nuggets and brownie. The staff handed me my order. I sat down and eat I open my brownie I didn’t see at the first time so I opened it. It isn’t the brownie, but is a cookie. I return back to the store I didn’t even asked about my order also they didn’t asked me why I am came back. They told me they didn’t have brownies today. I asked them why didn’t you tell me first that you didn’t have a brownie today and the price is different. Because of my accent they started laughing at me I really felt so bad not because they didn’t care about my order, but how they treated me like this way. They treated costumers like we are begging for the food that we paid for, but the older lady very nice she deserves better.
Staff are extremely rude and impatient. If they can’t hear you in the already loud bustling student center, they will yell at you until they can hear you or roll their eyes. They often are out of basic things like chicken nuggets. Line is incredibly long and you will most likely get attitude from workers.Food: 2/5
I ordered a medium fry and frosted lemonade and accidentally said diamond dollars and corrected myself with meal swipe; they had me pay diamond dollars which isn't the worst. But then they miss my frosted lemonade and I point it out and am given a normal lemonade. This place is almost always really busy as well, you are much better off going somewhere else.
They were missing lemonade But overall I love Chick-fil-A Thank God for this business

This place Is get all ghetto. It was so much Sugar in my lemonade.
They never have the frosty machine on and they dump what seems like the entire thing if salt on the fries. I was better off just asking for salt packets because that’s all I could taste on the fries smh
Loved this express Chick-fil-A, very fast but very busy. Only 1-3 cashiers at a time. 4.8/5 id eat here again
I was new to the franchise and very happy to have them in my community. My daughter introduced me to their deluxe chicken sandwich & their lemonade. She also told me to get their sauce, which is a lovely mix up of honey mustard, bbq & sweet & sour sauces. The line moved wonderfully fast & the staff seemed eager to be there. Next time, I will ask to have popping Hot fresh fries and I may even try a milkshake
