One of the best fast food choices for chicken. Cost is higher than competitors, but the taste is wonderful. Not a big waffle fry person…wish they offered a alternative. Still 5 stars
I am not very happy with my experience at this location as of recently. With two cars in line. Me being one of them and 4 employees on drive through. Only one of the employees were actually working. The rest were laughing and joking with one another and looking at me while I waited for the only working employee to help me. Then when I got to the drive through there was no interaction other then asking my name for the order. Employees continued to talk and laugh. When I was given my food I told them thank you with no response. The employees continued there conversation and ignored me. It makes me very sad.
I eat here twice a day, every day. except Sunday my order is the same. I have A chronic illness my stomach is paralyzed and has a hard time digesting.. I can eat grilled nuggets and egg white grilled, also frosted coffee. Problem is the food is already small enough and I can’t overly eat. Liquid is what helps but the manager here has a problem with filling my frosted coffee up, I mean come on!! I’m here every day and I spend around 30 or 50 dollars when family is with me and I only ask to have my frosted coffee filled, so I can have something in my body. I mean sometimes I puke when my stomach acts up so the coffee fills me. This manger goes out of her way to make sure no one dares give me just a hint over line usually not even filled to line and she is rude!! Getting tired of the treatment!! I thought this restaurant was known for kindness.. not her!!
This Chick-fil-A is so much more than a fast food stop. The many employees are genuinely warm, friendly & knowledgeable! Unlike the majority of restaurants, this location is well staffed, clean, quick and a pleasure to enjoy a meal at. The owners seem to celebrate their staff at every opportunity and these fine young men & women seem to really enjoy working there!
Service has been lacking since new location on Parkside. That said. It's not the speed or courtesy that's all still there in line with Chick-fil-A standards however the staff can't seem to get orders right about 50% of the time, either sauces are forgotten or a side item or a dressing is always wrong.Food: 5/5
Newly opened just this week in Sept 2018.. moved up Parkside Drive about a quarter of a mile from their old location. The dining room is about the same size, but it really has a modern feel to the decor.. Same great food and prices. The parking lot is a bit bigger than the old one, but it is still jam packed at lunchtime. THEY SHOULD HAVE ALSO KEPT THE OLD LOCATION OPEN. I know I can't be the only one, but I have driven by the old location with intentions of stopping, but left due to the crowd on multiple occasions.
It was crazy busy on Saturday at 12:30. We had to wait for a table and our food. Everything was great, just busy.Food: 5/5
I placed a mobile order for this store by mistake and called they led me to believe I was going to get a refund on the card I paid with based on that I walked back into the store I was sitting it and bought my items again. They still have not done that and haven't even bothered to give me a courtesy call to let me know. Even after calling the store and giving them 2 different phone numbers they can reach me at. I am NEVER EATING ANYTHING FROM CHICK-FIL-A AGAIN. Lying to your customers is never a good way to run a business. It has been 2 weeks and nothing is there. You did send me a "sorry for the snag email but I called you guys on Thursday and let you know I "Look forward to hearing from the owner" that is when I furnished you with 2 separate phone numbers.
Very disappointed in this location. I ordered a a grilled wrap meal. They was only two tiny bites of chicken in each half of the wrap. They charged me for fries but didn't put them in the bag. So, they basically stole my hard earned money. I usually buy this exact meal at the Morristown location and eat off of it twice. The lack of chicken for such an expensive meal is ridiculous. Also, didn't receive a straw or napkins. I will not be back.
We really do love this place, it’s my daughters request for lunch every Saturday. BUT, it has been two months since they have actually gotten our order correct. We all order the same thing each week, so it has turned into a game to see just how badly they can mess up our order.
