Quick service and food was great. Tried the new sandwich but I don’t think the sauce goes with the chicken. Still good sandwich. Got few things here with family and everything was great. Love that cool wraps are back in Charlotte area. Overall great place and clean restaurant with nice staff.Food: 5/5
Just left there and they left something off of my order, there were almost a dozen people inside waiting but they kept the drive thru going quickly. People were stocking when they should have been helping. The manager emptied the trash without washing her hands and was not friendly or helpful to those waiting. Just go to the other one on Rae Rd. The worse one I have ever been to. Just tried to call and I can't get through.
Very disappointed with today’s lunch visit. I ordered a 4pc. strip with a large fry and large drink. I get to the order pickup window and the cashier tells me it’ll be a minute on the strips, and to pull forward. 10 minutes had gone by. Not one employee came out to give me an ETA or let me know how much longer it would be. Cars continued to pass me in the drive thru. The manager on duty by this time had taken several orders out to the parking lot where other guests were waiting. Not once did he come over to me to ask me if I had a concern. I eventually asked for a refund because at this point I had been fed up with the lack of care. Chic Fila is known for their outstanding service and efficiency, but I can’t say that about this location.
This Chick-fil-A is a step above all the others!! Conner and Maddy are amazing!! They go above and beyond, definitely the second mile!! Coffee was hot and fresh! Store was clean and well kept up! All staff was attentive! I can't wait to be down in the Waverly area again to visit this location.Food: 5/5
I hate having to start my day with leaving a negative review. I ate breakfast at a different Chick FIL A for the last 12 months Monday through Friday. It's the South Blvd location that is closing down for remodeling. Every employee there would cheer my mood up each morning and it was a great start to the day and I am so thankful! So I have to eat at the Waverly location since it is the closest, so far every day that I've ordered the same bowl I get each morning, I get a bowl that looks like it was quickly made and half the normal serving size. I don't understand the point of eating breakfast if it only leads to disappointment at this location. Staff is friendly, but more attention to the product that they sell/serve is expected.
It’s unfortunate n unbelievable when Chick Fil A messes an order. And on my way home I have to drive back. With little to almost no apology. Just check your food thoroughly before u drive out .
Food is good like all chick fil a locations but they get your order wrong at times and when you let know it they make you feel like you are trying to get a free meal. If I spent $70 and you messed up my order and I complain because I'm missing a shake and my sandwich is wrong I want it refunded or replaced not my whole $70 order but the meal they messed up. And I had to to come back another day that I didn't plan to come back and was accused of asking for a free meal.
Dirtiest, unorganized, and hardest Chick-fil-A I've been to. The staff lounge is almost the size of the sitting area. This place is dirty. Definitely not up to standards
The kids taking who took my order were nice and friendly, but the girl handing orders at the window was not the friendliest. She handed my order like here you go! And almost spilled the drink on me.Food: 3/5
I visited the drive thru today and was given an incorrect order twice. Mind you they ask for your name when you order because they place it on the bag. When he handed me the third bag I was sure it had to be correct and left. When I got back to work I discovered it was still wrong!!! Can you not read a name on a bag? I decided to drive back which took the better part of my lunch hour to have this corrected. I was given an apology and the correct order. I then asked my meal be refunded for my inconvenience, time and gas which I was told that refunds are not given???? This is poor business. When you make a mistake you make sure the customer is happy when they walk away. Given the reviews I've looked at they have a serious problem with their drive thru orders which I find sad especially because the name is placed on your order. Maybe some remedial reading lessons should be given.
