Nice new restaurant. Challenging to get out of the parking lot if it's busy... which it always is. Leave by the very back of the parking lot to make it easier. Everyone you'd expect from CFA. The new restaurant is nice and the drive thru is terrific.
I'll start off by saying I love Chick Fil A but we stopped in the other night after a movie and the teenagers were all standing around talking about the fake nails falling off...then I got my salad and it looked like someone had eaten half of it! The picture below shows what it looked like before I touched it!Food: 3/5
We were excited to check out the new chicfila. The drive through was quick and everyone was chipper and nice however, all of our chicken sandwiches were soft and dough-like and one even had a greenish mold like bottom. We couldn't even eat them. Something is going on with the bun storage. Management needs to check it out. I've literally eaten over 100 #1s in my life and I've never tasted anything like it. We typically frequent often but it was so so bad.... who knows when we'll be back. Boo, definitely not our pleasure!
Waited at least 5 minutes to leave the drive through as there is no exit lane. I should have used that time to check my order, but I assumed it would be complete. Well, my mistake. Got home and no fries. Additionally, the side, yogurt parfait, was not even 1/2 full. This has been an ongoing problem with this particular store. I can go to the Monroe Chick Fil A sand get a full cup of yogurt. Why didn’t I? I thought that the move across the street would possibly make a difference. Again, my mistake.
I don't know what it is about this specific location but they are absolutely SLACKING over there. Not only did they forget my fries today, every single time we go there and order a parfait it is filled less than half way. Every. Single. Time. We've complained about it before and have taken it back to them to rectify it and they have the gall to send it back just a teensy weensy bit more full. They suck. Avoid them and go to a different location.
My daughter and I went to the new building today for the first time, and when I was waiting in line, there was a young mom ordering and she asked for one kids meal, she had a little one and two older kids. Well this one worker she's a little older, she was talking to her in a manner I've never heard someone at Chick-fil-A talk to someone. She said you only want one kinda rude like and the mom explained yes, and she said so they are just gonna all share one, she said yes. Personally I thought that was extremely unprofessional and rude because you never know what someone is going through, and this is suppose to be a Christian establishment. Then I came up to order with the same older woman, and my daughter wanted to be picked up while i was ordering and so i picked her up, then I had to put her down to grab our drinks. And she just had the rudest tone and said can she handle being put down and carry her own drink, I said yes she's capable of carrying her drink. Then my daughter had lipstick on as she always does, and the lady looked at me and said is that marker or lipstick and I told her it was lipstick. She was incredibly just rude and judgemental to me and another mom with little ones and I have NEVER experienced that with Chick-fil-A.
I had an online order I was picking up through drive thru. While at the speaker I told the person taking my information that I wanted another large mac and cheese to my order my online order consisted of 2 large mac cheese entrees. When I got to the window to get my order, I checked it and there were only 2 in the bag along with the rest of my order. I said to, who I assume was the manager, that I was missing a large mac and cheese that was an add-on at the speaker. Her response was, "I watched them bag three." I took her word for it even though I checked the bag and only saw 2. I pulled over and parked in the parking lot to double check. There were only 2. I moved my vehicle closer to the drive thru and parked. There was another employee who was walking into the bldg and got his attention, explained to him the situation, and showed him everything that was in my bag. I gave him the receipt and he took it to the manager in drive thru. The same manager came out with my receipt and in a condescending tone said to me, "I thought we talked about this." I told her that I pulled over and checked the bag again and there were only 2. I tried handing her the bag to check herself and, with the same nasty attitude said "I can't touch that". So I took everything out one by one and showed her that I did not receive 3 orders of mac and cheese. She was talking to me as if I was trying to steal a large mac and cheese. My order was a little over $50. Trust and believe I can afford a large mac and cheese. I told the manager to check the cameras. If she does, she will clearly see that there were 2 placed in my bag. If an honest mistake was made and that 3rd large mac and cheese was given to another drive thru customer, the best thing to do is be a woman about it, be a professional about it, and admit that you were wrong. I spend alot of money at chik fil A to be treated with the kind of disrespect that I experienced today. Be humble and do better, madam. I got refunded for the one I didnt receive.
Tried to pay with 2 gift cards and use a debit for the remaining balance. After the food was took to the table while I was still at the register after the 10th time a manager was finally summonsed. I told the manager I can just pay it all with debit, was ready to eat, manager had me wait some more . $32 for 3people to eat,....mser ice sucked, food was less than average.,,, Not Kool chic f let.
Really Chi Fil A? This was delivered like this….. Update 5/5/23.. thieves.. so much for gods chicken. They will change prices if you pick up or dash it.. why? They already charge a service fee, delivery fee and tax.. TF. Vanilla shake if you pick up is 4.29.. order to be delivered, $5.59 + all the fees and tip.. hahaha what a joke
Posting another review on here with my second account so people will avoid this location. They have terrible portion sizes and get orders wrong. They don't rectify the problems either, ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY DON'T FILL UP YOGURTS ALL THE WAY. WHY CAN MONROE DO IT BUT YOU GUYS CAN'T. DO BETTER BY TRUETT CATHY.
