Excellent lunch, the 4 of us! The employee by the name of Angela was unbelievable. So nice and attentive. I tried to tip her ten dollars, but she advised that she was unable to accept any tips. We love this place Kid-friendliness: Great place for kids. Parking: YUMA, AZ.
Great customer service! The line does get long but they are able to quickly get through all the customers and they bring the food out quickly. The accuracy to order ratio is outstanding and the orders are checked before they are taken out to the dining room. One dislike is that they do not have the grilled wrap at this location or the frosted coffee which is one of my favorites. Overall, I will choose this place over most restaurants in town.
We got there right at noon on a Saturday and I expected it to be super busy. But...it was not packed and we were thankful. The drive thru was a little confusing - you are supposed to go around the building but because it wasn't packed, some people just jumped in line - knowledge is power :
We love Chick-fil-A!! Every city we visit we make it a point to dine here. Only draw back is they are closed on Sundays.. so we make a point to eat on Saturdays I’m glad they have a designated day closed for their employees and families
Well staffed and clean even with the large crowds they serve in a short portion of time. The food quality is consistent and quickly served.Food: 5/5
Service at Chick-fil-A is always excellent and is the same here. We stopped here like so many on our way to somewhere. The line was very long inside and at the drive-thru so we went inside but it moved quickly as they had two registers out of three open and one person in the line taking orders. The food was typically good and the service was typically good but the women's bathroom was out of toilet paper and hand towels, and the floor was quite dirty in the dining area so management just needs to keep that part in line a bit better. I'm sure it's due to the amount of people that were coming in and out and keeping it safe. Kid-friendliness: Yep Parking: Parking is standard but so many people coming in and out makes it hard to find parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible.
Everything was FRESH and tasted wonderful. They were very busy and our order wasn't quite right, clerk was a little snippy while handling the mistake. We will be back.Food: 5/5
Don’t mess with a pregnant lady with a food craving. I was craving my usual . Cobb salad with spicy tenders . Was told spicy tenders are no longer available meaning off the menu . So sad I’ll never get it back. Won’t be back again .Food: 1/5
Most of the staff was level headed during a pretty crazy rush. Some not so much. One thing this and most CFAs could do better is have larger bathrooms. The long lines to go potty added to the chaos.
One of the young lady cashier was so involved in her co-workers conversation she didn't even see me waiting so I approached the register and looked at her and she didn't even ask me can I help you, she just glanced at me and kept looking at her coworkers talking yet she was standing right behind the register. So I started ordering and she gave me a dead stare and said what did you say? I was like really? So I ordered again. She had no customer service. I wish I would have saved her name so I can put on here. She clearly is a child still, in the body of a grown women. Please teach these young workers customer service.
