My goodness! I never thought a salad, of all things, would be something that prompted me to write a review, but here we are. BBQ Ranch Chicken Tortilla Salad. I'm just going to have to give them my number & tell them to call me every time that's their special for the day. It was amazing! Well, I'll still go there for lunch on other days, too. :- Do yourself a favor & go eat there. The food & atmosphere are wonderful! I just had to add the description of that salad from their Facebook page. Seriously y'all, it was fabulous. "Today’s special is our BBQ ranch chicken tortilla salad. We make this HUGE salad with crispy romaine lettuce, tender BBQ chicken, shredded cheddar and Jack cheese, tomatoes, red onion, corn, tortilla chips and drizzle it with our sweet smoky BBQ sauce and ranch dressing."
We rode our motorcycles here from Jackson to eat because the people were so friendly and the menu looked good. We were not disappointed! The gumbo was surprisingly delicious as were the hush puppies and the chess pie. All at a very fair price. We’ll be back.
Best lil mom pop store, and food I have had in a long time. Travel a lot and love to stop at these small places to eat. Very filling and money's worth, not to mention you leave with a smile and full belly deserts are to die for.Food: 5/5
Was camping at Chickasaw Park. Had dinner there. The staff was very friendly and service was great. The cheeseburger was one of the best I have had. Will return for another meal.Food: 5/5
Was hoping for a good experience with southern hospitality and good food, but you won’t find that here. Server took our order from across the room with an attitude like we’re bothering her and went back to gossiping with her co worker about things that should never be said in public. Would never come back here.
What gem.. if you ate coming to visit Chickasaw State Park, this place is awesome. Clean, well stocked and good food.
We went here a few weeks ago while we were camping down the street. The food and service was amazing! We will definitely be back
I've eaten there several times and the food is good and it's got the great hospitality you would expect from a country store. Parking: There isn't a lot of parking but it's generally enough.
Greg and the team are a great group of people very very good food great service really a good down home southern vibe at that place just good people great food and good down home dining I rate this number one in my book for a place to sit down and have a great meal with good people great prices also even ice cream for the kids I know my wife take my 4 year old son everyday go enjoy tell Justin Hadley sent you
