Chicken Box

I ordered online. My food was ready for pick up. Good customerservice. This is my first try with them. I have been craving fried crispy chicken. They did not disappoint in the crispness and the flavor. The wings are big which is a plus. I hate tiny wings. I think mine was too crispy and dark in color. Had some parts that were hard to chew but it wasn't bad. That blueberry waffle was so good. Do not lose that recipe. The catfish needed more flavor and the beans are ok. I would definitely order again, especially the waffle and I'll try other items on the menu.

My husband and I were shopping at another store and decided to grab dinner for the fam so mama didn't have to cook We saw the sign and knew our boy would love it! We ordered a family meal and everything was delicious! The staff was lovely! So kind, so busy and didn't miss a beat! Definitely recommend and will be back!

I've ordered from here 3 times. I always use online ordering. The chicken, fries, waffles, and texas toast are great. Great service with friendly staff. I would ignore the first few reviews from people not understanding that new restaurants have issues when they first open. From equipment to training new staff. One of the reasons I waited until online was up and running. Drove by once and saw the extremely long line right after they opened. It's definitely a great spot to get food.

The first time I went I got the chicken sandwich and It was a small bone left in my sandwich and the chicken was super dry. Since it’s a black owned business, I I decided to give them another try and tried the fried shrimp and Mac and cheese and It was delicious. No long lines or wait both times I went and the customer service was good

Wanted to try this new place; really wanted to like it more than we actually did. The chicken was flavored well on the outside, but the flavor did not extend throughout the chicken. The waffle was pretty good; light but very soft - almost cake like. The greens were just ok - nothing to write home about. I've had chicken that was just as good from local chicken box carryouts in the city. For the cost of things, I'd say their fare was overpriced. I wanted the chicken to be 'slap ya mamma good' - but unfortunately, it has not met that bar. A bright spot was their banana pudding though. Would I return? Yes - but not break my neck to come back. See ya when I see ya.

I had the fried chicken and it was absolutely the bomb. Best fried chicken I’ve had in this area . The pieces are crunchy. The skin is crispy and crunchy and the inside is moist and juicy.The flavor is fantastic . 5 thumbs up. I recommend it highly five stars. Great staff, very friendly and accommodating.

Catfish was the bomb & Mac & cheese staff was nice. My daughter had the chicken she said they was big they was good too. We came from east Baltimore to try them I will come back. Food was wonderful service was excellent

I just left the location in Owings Mills, MD. The young lady who rang us up was very nice and helpful. The young man who packed the food just threw it in the bag sideways, like he didn’t care and he was unprofessional. I didn’t care for the chicken at all, very disappointed but the waffle was tasty. Parking: Plenty of parking spaces

The food was good, probably a 3.5/5. But when we ordered we asked for the spicy mustard sauce, went to the car to eat, no sauce. My boyfriend went back in to ask them for a thing of sauce and they wouldn’t give it to him, they said “no it’s in the box I saw it.” He came back to the car, no sauce in the box. So he had to go back in, with the box of food this time, and instead of apologizing they said “you couldn’t find it?” It’s a small box, hard to miss a sauce container. They never put it in there and wouldn’t admit their mistake. Parking: Good amount of parking

The food is banging and very delicious even after reheating the next day. The fries, collards, and banana pudding were very delicious. Chicken tasted homemade like in the south. The lines were long which is to be expected for good food. Just wish they would open during the times posted but other than that a must try.
