I have been taking our two dogs and two cats to this vet clinic for years now and they are the absolute best. Fair prices and great care. They treat my animals like their own and are incredibly professional and patient.
I've been taking my dog to Chicopee Hill Animal Hospital for nearly a year now. My dog struggles with high anxiety when visiting the vet, but the staff at this facility has consistently shown remarkable patience and understanding. Dr. Wiseman, in particular, deserves special praise for her incredible and patient care toward my dog. I am immensely grateful to the entire team at Chicopee Hill Animal Hospital for their exceptional support. I wholeheartedly recommend their facility, which is not only clean and well kept, but also staffed with truly exceptional professionals.
The Chicopee Hills team is amazing. My dog Daisy and I have always been treated with compassion, empathy, and the best of care by every person we've met there. We are so grateful for every staff member.
We had a situation that left us very worried about a kitten. Even tho we had not been their patient before they were able to see the kitten, and help us with a solution the same day. This means a lot to a pet parent.
The doctors and staff here are amazing, and really care about you and your pets. Even my kitty loves Dr. Wiseman :, and he doesn’t like people easily. Thank you to everyone for not only keeping Geoffrey alive during some very challenging scenarios - but helping him thrive again.
Dr. Cowper is an awesome vet. We brought our puppy in and she answered all of our questions, gave us advice on raising him, and explained everything very clearly. We couldn’t be more happy with her and her team. Our dog loves her and her staff too!
Dr. Croft & Cowper, along with the team, are the most professional, fair, empathetic, and caring people. We have an Australian Shepard, a white short hair cat 16 years, and recently transitioned our 19.5 year old tuxedo short-hair cat, Cyrus to his forever rest, after a loving, and nurturing palliative regime, set out by Dr. Croft. Our other family members visit Chicopee Hills with our other family pets too, and we all just love the easy to understand approach this animal hospital has with their clients and patients. Nothing but trust, love, and a great appreciation from us, to have Chicopee Hills Animal Hospital as our Veterinarian Care Center.
Had to get one of my cat's teeth removed since it was chipped. Everyone that I have met on the staff has been wonderful and they check in to make sure the recovery is going well. Highly recommend!
I love Chicopee, the staff, technicians, and especially Dr. Wiseman. There is a culture of care for both patients and their owners. My bengal cat Geoffrey has some special needs, and they’ve saved his life twice in a way that inspires a lot of confidence and calm in me while dealing with the crisis. Dr. Wiseman and Jade, Maddy, Ann, Brenda, everyone! has gone far above and beyond to help ensure I’m informed and comfortable making decisions about his care, and truly it feels like I am working with her and her team as a part of the team. This is a very good clinic. Veterinarians are very friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. The fees are not ridiculous like the corporate owned offices. Highly recommend this clinic for your pets!
