Went Fri July 28th 11am when it opened. Park was empty just us there. Booked tickets in advance. 4 kids 2 adults had a blast. Staff were very friendly. All young adults working. Bathrooms were clean. Has an escalator for half way so you don't have to walk all the way to the top. We would go again. Certainly helped that we didn't have to wait at all.
Best place to enjoy Snow Tubing in Kitchener. You will enjoy this place a lot. On weekends the prices are $32 and its little cheaper on weekdays. You have a traveletor that helps you get up to the mountain. Kids and old age people can use this for sure. There is also a way where you can walk your way up to the mountain. You can enjoy the slide down either solo, or in a group of 2,3,4,6. The staff is very helpful and amicable. This is a must visit place to enjoy snow activities.
Superb fun place for tubing for families or groups. Well maintained and had an amazing experience of snow tubing.Must plan in advance as you may not get the slot you are looking for .Limited number of people allowed per slot of 90 minutes to avoid the rush . Fun part : Enjoy the piping slice of Cheese Pizza after a tiring tubing session
Overall an amazing experience from online booking to being able to call and change arrival time. Very well managed. Not too crowded. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Money well spent. Very enjoyable for both kids and adults. Going back again definitely.
Overall experience was okay. We got 90 min and was able do 4 times as there were many people on the time slot and service was pretty slow. You gotta wait on top of the hill for your turn. Took one time magic carpet to climb as there were long line to take and pretty slow. Rest of time walked uphill to do tubing.
The tube park was lots of fun! Definitely go during weekdays if you can! We got about 6-7 rides in 1.5 hours. The parking is very close to the park so it’s convenient and free! The cafe has a variety of drinks and food with reasonable price. Overall a fun activity even for adults.

I took my daughter and her friends to Chicopee Tube Park last week. They went at 4:30 pm and it wasn't too busy. They had a blast and rode the hill for the entire 1.5 hours. It did start to get busier at 5:30 pm. I would recommend going early to avoid the line ups. Dress warmly with snow pants, hat and mitts so that you're not too cold. It was quite cold when they went but they dressed for the weather and stayed warm. There's a chalet to sit inside and read or watch the "tubers". They offer food and drinks which is nice. We had a good time and we will be sure to come back again with the family and friends.
Seriously, I had no idea the tube park could be so much fun, even from thr chalet deck. My grown family loved the action and I loved being their photographer while sipping a cold one. Well done Chicopee! Cheers, Spicy Jan
If you're looking for a couple of hours of good fun in the winter, this is a great option. It's enjoyable for kids and adults alike. There is a magic carpet to get you to the top, but you'll likely need to wait for it. If you're up for a bit of effort, walking is much faster. Still, even if you walk, if it's busy, there will be a wait up at the top. My family went on a Monday evening and it wasn't too bad, and we were able to get about 8 or 9 runs down in about an hour and a half. My neighbour went during a weekend another time and they only got 2 or 3 runs in over the course of 2+ hours. There is a café on site where you can buy hot chocolate and some snacks, with both indoor and outdoor seating options, so that's a nice option to warm up if it's especially cold out. I wouldn't recommend going during peak hours, but on the quieter evenings, it's definitely worth getting out.
