The Child Guidance Clinic For Central Connecticut, Inc. is an established community leader providing a continuum of comprehensive behavioral health services to children, adolescents and their families. Specialized services include behavioral health evaluation and treatment, substance abuse treatment,parenting programs, outreach services and prevention programs. Child Guidance also provides consultation and educational services to a variety of community agencies and organizations.

Founded in 1957, the Child Guidance Clinic provides comprehensive mental health evaluation and treatment, crisis intervention and outreach services to children, adolescents and their families in the greater Meriden area.
Community based drug and alcohol prevention and treatment programs are offered.
Specialized services are offered to families in Meriden and Wallingford where children are at risk for neglect and abuse.
Consultation and Educational services are available to community agencies and institutions.
