It's been a few months since the website has problems with the Login link. It has no entry options.
Spoke with Ben over the phone to get to the bottom of a few issues. Definitely went above and beyond my expectations Courteous, thorough explanation of what was required, and how to go about returning necessary documents, Super helpful. Provided me with service that by far exceeded just 5 's. If he doesn't already hold the highest position in this office, he certainly needs a promotion and raise! Thanks Ben!! Also received amazing, and completely thorough service from Charleston via chat! Thanks Charleston!! LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone when calling the 800 488-KIDS number. In the 10 years I've received child support, I have NEVER EVER even gotten a soul to answer by phoning in for help! Each county in Florida should have their own line to call, Miami gets one; what about the rest of us!!
James was awesome! He handled my affairs diligently. Phil was great, made me laugh when I needed that, sometimes we never go what people are going through. I thanked the staff for their service. Great experience, in and out today with outstanding customer support. I couldn’t see where to add a new review, so I’ll post my new one here for Ben. Ben was absolutely great, he handled our appointment yesterday 3/21 with care. Thank you to all the state and city workers for their service.
I went into the office to check on some concerns with my case and Kolby was so patient and KIND. She took her time to search for answers for me all while giving me information I didn't even think to ask for.... I must say I walked away feeling like I gained a new friend, yet she stayed professional and did a marvelous job at serving me. Thanks again Kolby what a beautiful name.
The chat, phone and email is not accurate. Please go in person! Ben and Stevie have been helping me for months handle this complex situation. Very pleasant, caring and overall committed to their job. Trust me go IN PERSON. It will make a huge difference! Finally getting justice for my daughter but it wasn’t until I went in person and spoke with these two great individuals. Thank you again for listening and helping me.
Sandra was our customer service agent. She was a wonderful and professional assistance understanding the situation, she is very knowledgeable, polite and detail oriented, customer focus and pin pointed the right solution for the case. We really appreciate her customer service experience, her office and management has a great addition mostly because she is bilingual. I hope she is promoted. Thank you.
Rep. Kolby of Ft Myers Florida: what a great example of how business should be handled!!! Say it how it is, yet will see what solutions are able to be offered! Very respectful people working here. Laron Porter was of very good help and knowledge of how to handle my situation. Very great full to be respected as a father in a state where it’s 50/50 shared parenting. All states should have this program.
Joseph Wrobel is one of the best employees I ever experienced that worked for the state in the Child Support Department he’s informative considerate and helped me get back on the right track with my kids payment and my personal issues and I highly recommend this man receives a raise for his effects to help the system run efficiently thanks for everything
Mr. Laron, did a fantastic job by answering all my unanswered questions. He really put his clients first by listening to what they need and what. By the time I left I was satisfied on everything. He also stated if I needed anything else I can call.
