I’ve been taking my kids to Children’s dental land for 2 years now. Everyone at the front desk welcomed my kids and I, including the doctor. They keep every service smooth and professional. As a single mom, it is important for me to choose a dental facility where they feel most comfortable at and so far this is the one that won my heart and my kids love this place too. I am also a busy mom so I’ve had to reschedule a couple of times and they’re super understanding. My children have never complained of how they’re treated when having their treatment done, it’s just phenomenal. I’m glad a place like this exists for my kids. I can put trust in those who work there to care for my children! I will continue to take my children here and I recommend this place to any fellow mother who also feels the same way I do, my kids come first and I want them to receive the best care and this is the place that does that for me !
I had an appointment today for my child and after witnessing a few things, I walked out of the office and left. My child was seen twice here before and everything was fine those times. However, we will not return. The first red flag is that there is only one dentist that works on the children. Despite having only one dentist, they are always very busy and you can expect to be there all day. The next thing was that the office didn’t have any air conditioning. Either that, or they had it turned off. Being that it’s currently the middle of July in Phoenix, that just does not seem right. The office was very hot and uncomfortable. I went into the one single toilet restroom they have, which has a hole in the wall and the toilet didn’t even flush. I proceeded to wash my hands and the water was not coming out of the faucet, it had been turned off. Once back in my seat awaiting them to call my child back I witnessed the dentist go to the restroom wearing his Personal Protection Equipment. This was pretty unsettling to witness and I know that’s not proper procedure especially in a medical setting. It is highly unsanitary and he returns to work on the kids with the same PPE. If you plan on taking your children here, don’t.
This place is the worst place you can take your children!! They have traumatized my son from seeing a dentist. Every procedure he has done since being seen here he has to be sedated put completely to sleep from the horrific pain he experienced at this place. This place won’t allow you to go back with your kids because they don’t work properly they will not for any reason let you in with your kids. Which is very unprofessional & suspicious! Every dental office I’ve reached out to after the service to my son here has said that it’s absolutely ok for you to walk in with your kids while the procedure is being done! Be very careful if you care about your kids. My son looked like he had been beat up and was terrified leaving that place! He got an infección that needed to be treated after that procedure. He Said they scraped his gums so hard he felt like something was put in his mouth to burn his skin etc. please parents make sure you’re with your kids during any procedure at this place and if they have a problem with it, it’s because they’re not practicing correctly!!
I have been taking my children since they were small and I love the service here. The doctor treats the children nice as well as the staff. Highly recommend.
WORST PLACE EVER!!! DO NOT TRUST YOUR KIDS WITH THIS DOCTOR !!! Red Red Read All His Reviews He Is A Crook. He Thinks He Is Above His Patients Customers I Am Reporting This Place To The News Station On This Doctor Is a Criminal No Stars I Repeat No Stars Red Alert Doctor Had The Audacity To Call Me And To Cuss Me Out And Tell Me I Wasted His Time Cause I Canceled On Him On A Seconds Time Because He Had Me Waiting 2 Hours The First Time And 1 Hour This Time And Thats Just To Be Seen This So Called Business Is Not A Business First Off They Have Their Customers Wait There For 1-2 Hours At The Appointed Time With No Regard For The Customer Patient Time As I Had To Cancel For The Second Time As They Had Me Wait 2 Hours Last Time Now 1 Hour This Time Without Being Seen As They Only Have 1 Doctor But Even With That This Place Is The Worst On Communicating With Their Patients About It Maybe The Customers Will Be More Understanding But To Leave Them Out Of If This Company Having Financial Issues Just Communicate It To Your Patients Instead Of Insults And Attacks On When We Must Rescheduling Due To Neglecting To Communicate Or More Organized In Setting Up Your Appointments They Do Not Care About Us The Patient Consumer He Called Me Names Called Me Punk Cussed Me Out As Of I Was To Blame And The Only One Understanding Was Their Front Desk Scheduler Nattily Was Her Name As She Apologized For The Doctor And His Behavior And The Way They Have Been Treating Us With Our Appointments And Our Time As The Last Time They Worked Around Us To Help All The Other Patients For That Day We Ended Up Staying Until Closed Even Though We Had Set Up A Appointment Time And Still Was Not Seen Thats When I Had To Cancel And Reschedule For Their Negligence Both Times. Our dental emergency was taken care of in a compassionate manner. Grateful to the dentist and his assistant who were very friendly and caring , recommend!
Took my daughter to another DENTIST after his rude behaviour. After taking my daughter to another DENTIST the new DENTIST discovered cavities he over looked and his filling had to be redone. There were holes in the fillings and he had caused damage to another tooth by miss using dentist tool to scrape off plague. It caused chip in tooth and to bleed an gums to hurt my child. Never again.

They are awesome. Been taking all three of my kids there for 13 years now. Always do a great job with my kids. Very clean and quick. Kids were never scared to go to the dentist they actually enjoy it.
i hated that dentist. my teeth grew weird and they had to remove my baby teeth bc they wouldn’t fall even when my adult teeth grew over them. so when i was 11 i needed braces they said no i’m too but young for them lots of kids my age had braces at that time then we went again when i was 12 asked the same thing and they said i need to be fourteen. when i was finally turned 14 we asked again for the final time just for them to say they don’t have a braces specialist. took them almost 4 years for them to tell me that.
