We were blown away the second we walked in the door. My 3 year old was so happy and comfortable the entire time! The waiting area was amazing and we didn’t even notice the time go by, which was a relatively short wait anyway. The procedure areas were super fun and calming, and the staff was incredible. When I let them know I was hard of hearing, the nurse was incredibly helpful and made sure I was able to understand everything going on. They gave us all the information we needed in great detail, and made everything clear and easy to manage. 10/10 absolutely fantastic!
We were referred here by our local dentist. Everyone was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, truly desired to know us and make our time there comfortable. My daughter, 6 years, did great through the initial work up and the dental assistant and dentist did an incredible job setting her at ease and keeping things moving, fun and informative. She struggled toward the end of the procedure and they were super attentive, focused and put her needs first. We even had a follow-up call that evening after hours to check on her and make sure we didn’t have any questions. Overall, we are very pleased and grateful for such attentive, comprehensive, kind and joyful care. We are grateful for the referral, and are hopeful for continued great service here.
Great Assistants and Dentist. They were very patient with my child and took X-rays and explained everything thoroughly. Very pleased with his checkup and just the information they gave me as to what to do and what not to do. Let me add that I have been taking my child to another dental office and after being told he had to undergo another dental surgery that I didn’t think was needed I went here to get a second opinion. I found it to be a very honest place and honestly really cared about their patients and weren’t looking for a quick payout from the insurance. I was explained more in depth about tooth decay and caring for teeth. Also it’s a bonus the office is very kid friendly and makes it a welcoming environment for children who are very scared of going to the dentist. Overall I would recommend to someone.
The staff is amazing. The receptionist are friendly and work with you every step of the way. Patricia is amazing when it comes to dealing with insurance. Dr metcalf explains everything he’s gonna do and answers any questions you have. I will never hesitate taking my kids or referring family to these wonderful people.
Girl I’ve had past few times for cleaning has been way too rough maybe she just don’t like me but be cautious with your kids if they say their dentist girl was too rough they aren’t lying. Besides her tho amazing staff!
Dr. Billy and his staff are the BEST! They devote their attention to the care of their patients from the time you enter their building until you have left. I am 110% satisfied with the care that my daughter recieved here and highly recommend them!
I wish that I could give this place 0 stars. They have absolutely no compassion for single mothers. I have no one to help me so I MUST take both of my children with me to things like this. They will not allow you to bring more than one child in to the appointment with you which is extremely inconvenient. Then they proceeded to offer for me to leave my THREE YEAR OLD alone in the lobby while I took my 1 year old back for a dental emergency. I will not be back here and I hope that whoever is reading this will take into consideration that they have absolutely no compassion for the families who come here.
My son had a tooth that had been biting him for sometime. We had visited a different dentist and the cost alone for the removal with insurance was something we just couldn’t afford. CDA office personnel make sure they go over and beyond to help you. During my sons visit they made him feel so comfortable. He had two teeth removed and I was afraid he would be in a lot of pain afterwards. But no he got home. Took a small nap and woke up for school the next morning with NO PAIN at all. I would strongly recommend this office for any dental care for you children.
I’m so delighted with the way they all treat my grandchildren at CDA! I love the atmosphere, that they let the kids be kids, and the way they dote on them. I so wish we had come here when my kids were little.
Dr. MetCafe and his staff are incredible and so sweet to my kids. Also the atmosphere is great for kids and parents waiting. I recommend yall to everyone that I know. Oh my daughter said to say thanks for adding strawberry to the nose thing haha.
