I will never shop at the johnson city mall location again at this store. They are extremely rude on returns and we spend way to much there to be treated bad on a return. My son had purchased over 200.00 in clothes and with tags on them we could not exchange for anything else in store but same item and they did not have size i needed so we were out 30.00 of 200.00 in clothes. My daughter buys a pair of shoes there this past week. Her child wore them one time and the color was coming off so with a receipt showing she only had them couple of days she went to return and because of no tag on them they refused to give her money back although the receipt showed proof so 10.00 is worth losing another customer. She is no longer shopping there..
Sign says on store window almost entire store 50% off but when I went in there was like one small section that was on sale for that price. Asked for a price check and one of the sales people were making comments under her breath. But the other two were somewhat friendly. Still not impressed with this store.
Love the Kingsport store!!! BUT Johnson City reprices 60% clearance items to reflect higher than what items were orginally. Totally not fair to consumer!!!!!!! Never shop this location again!!!!!
I sincerely doubt I will ever shop at this location again. As soon as we walked in the store, I immediately got vibes that we weren't wanted. I can take my money elsewhere.
Lots of variety of great quality of clothing /shoes and up to date on the lastest styles
Really great deals on kids clothing and accessories. Usually have awesome discounts.
