Very nice place. Kind staff and very helpful very clean in their job and they take care of you fast. Any parent who wants to do a check up for their child I do recommend this place also they have orthodontist also there too.
My one year old son had his first dental appointment today and the staff was amazing. The appointment was quick. They were so kind even with my son crying. Trying to sing to him and calm him. The staff was so pleasant. Office is cute and clean. So happy with the choice.
I was disappointed at the lack of communication. I brought my 6 year old in for an exam. We were called to the back and I was then told to wait on a bench with the nurse takes pictures of my daughter’s teeth. I figured this was standard procedure with X-ray, so I didn’t question it. Time goes by and my daughter is still in the back. I get up to ask questions and the nurse reappears with my daughter stating that she’s done. They completely her dental visits without a parent present in the room and was ready to send me on my way without even seeing the dentist face who was just working on my child. I’m not sure what world they live in, but it’s not acceptable to have a medical visit with a 6 year old and not have a parent present. Totally unacceptable. Anything could have happened in that room. My daughter did not feel comfortable with her experience. The nurse had the nerve to look at me like I had two heads with I asked to speak with the dentist.
Very friendly and personable! They have made special accommodations for my son given the anxiety he experiences at his appointments. The twin doctors are amazing and always full of energy.
My children have been coming here since they were little. Wouldn’t have it any other way. The staff are friendly and provide top tier customer service. Ali thank you for remembering me and being patient and understanding to my concerns of my children. Working in an environment with children all day can be challenging but Ali you make it look easy. Thank you for being you welcoming.
My 4 yr old son went in for his first cavity along with my 16 yr old. First time I couldnt go back with him! The staff assured me he would be ok, and as a mom I offered my pocketbook cars for him. He is normally well behaved but gets bored quickly... My 16 yr picked him up and said hes ok. They have a movie playing at all times, kid stuff, and hocus-pocus was on. It immediately changed to Sonic and I jokingly texted my 16 yr old, is that for him! The staff allowed them to be in rooms next to each other! Allowed them to see each otheraside from the numbing needle for the 16yr old. Im am so very grateful as a mom that they were so AWARE of comforting these siblings who although are years apart! Super close and relying on each others feelings and emotions! Thank you ! Thank you, would never speak loud enough for my gratitude in your practices....
Scheduled two toddlers 6 month check up and arrived at 830 this morning early, with my 3 boys under 5. When we arrived she looked all over her computer then finally said that there was a call to us to cancel the appointment due to too many worker call outs. We did not receive a call, message, text, nothing. It’s a he said she said right now, but our called id shows the truth. I also wouldn’t take the day off and rush around the house to get my boys out in time. She didn’t care and couldn’t/wouldn’t help. We walked out and will find another place that doesn’t cancel 2 appointments without a phone call because they didn’t have enough help.
Very friendly staff, clean office space learned so much from the team as a unit my visit didn’t feel rushed everybody was patient and took really good care of us and my little is autistic so he is always on the move and doesn’t like most things. I love that I did waste my time feeling out papers because they actually read what I wrote and came in the room ready to deal with my son. Can’t wait to go back in 3 months.
My kids are completely comfortable at this office. The staff is friendly and very communicative. No complaints! They get both my kids on and out within an hour sometimes less for cleanings and or cavities. Very happy Mom
We've been going here for at least 18 years and through different office spaces. Although lately it's been harder to get appointments with the main call centre, the office staff, Drs, dental hygienists and everyone are so helpful, kind, and explain things well. My kids love going to the dentist and always ask when they can go again.
