Food is always amazing, the drink this time was a little watery but normally they are very well made! It is nice to have a little piece of home sometimes. Chili’s is a restaurant we have had many family gatherings at back in the states so it is really special to enjoy here. The service is a little slow and servers could benefit from some additional training but overall it is a very relaxed environment.
Margarita was ok, ordered the most expensive one and it was a little watered down and no salt on the rim. I would not order one again. Spinach queso had no spinach in it and the cheddar cheese on top just stayed in a clump making the whole thing difficult to eat. The sampler platter mini burgers were overcooked and plain. The server asked if bacon, ranch, cheddar, and onions were ok and we said yes to all of it. It came out with a small piece of cheese and nothing else. The dipping sauces were watered down. The atmosphere is definitely worn down, you can tell it’s been there awhile and not maintained very well. The bar wasn’t wiped down and behind the bar looked pretty messy. Bartender making drinks, spilling things on the floor and counter and not making much effort to clean. Not too friendly or concerned.
We come here almost every Sunday after church. Ok, place for us to eat here as a family since there aren't many restaurants in Germany that serve good steak. It might not be the best, but it's definitely better than off base. The service is pretty ok as well given the busy hrs. So we are overall content with what Chili's have to offer.Food: 5/5
We made a reservation but still had to wait 30 minutes, but the food and service made up for it. Awesome place to take the family. Good food and drinks. Our waitress was very nice and met our ever need. ~Rotten Rhymer~Food: 5/5
When you’re in Germany and haven’t had Chili’s for a few years, Ramstein Air Base should be a go-to. As of this post 25 June, 2022, the menu is limited and they’re closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays due to a short staff. They did, however, say they were expanding the menu out. For those who get the best sellers, the limited menu is still great with all the favorites. The air conditioning vents above are for looks so, if you visit during the summer, expect some warmth! The drinks were delicious and about as strong as one would normally expect from a chain restaurant. It was another plus to be in a place that doesn’t charge by-the-cup for soft drinks. It was a nice touch of home that way—not to mention the plastic straws which is either a plus or a negative for you depending on your stance on paper straws. The servers were all great and it was an enjoyable mix of American and German staff. They were prompt with drink refills and made sure the chips and salsa stayed fresh. Almost no wait time for the food. That’s a universal positive for any restaurant—so well done, Chili’s. Overall, it was great to visit something we’ve not had for a few years and we weren’t disappointed. Definitely recommend a visit if it’s been a while!
I got the Alex burger. It was very mid range. There was two onions on the whole burger, a 1/4 inch slap of tomato, sauce. The burger itself was a good combo, but the overall flavor was super weak. It was also advertised as being spicy…it was not spicy. 4/10 on food. The service here, is absolutely amazing. The bartender who serves on Sundays is so funny and entertaining to talk to. The music is good and they had the NFL games on.
I wanna say a TexMex restaurant with a good drink menu. Tasty food, nice atmosphere. They missing out on a star for service as the food took about half an hour to be served and it wasn't that crowded. But if you're in the mood for tasty burgers fajitas or steak and a drink def. stop by. Wheelchair accessibility: On the lower level so absolutely no problem
We had an excellent server, food was of good to great quality. Atmosphere was very intergenerational. Could have used a better sauce selection, but all in all a good eat. Parking: No worries you'll find a spot Kid-friendliness: Enough table space for the family Wheelchair accessibility: Tables where high enough for standard wheelchair
Very friendly ambience. Food delicious Well, what can I say....been here again...and this time had a waiter name Paula...what a pleasant, friendly, awesome, stunning person she is. You can tell she loves her job and to my opinion she needs to train all others include the newbies...she deserves to be recognized for an outstanding job! Thank you for your kind service!
You might not get your food. I ordered a salad and my son ordered a burger. It wasn’t busy and our waitress told us that she put in his order but forgot mine. No big deal, it happens. My son’s burger and fries come out and he eats. Tables that were seating after us have already eaten and paid by this time. I’m still waiting on my order. Another twenty minutes go by and still no salad but our waitress is busy talking at the bar to a patron. I go up to the bar to cancel the salad as we are due back at the clinic for another appointment we drove 10 hours from Italy. I ask her to take off the salad and our waitress Gabbie replies, “No worries,” and I think there was an utterance of “sorry.” Really? “No worries”?? We get up to leave and a salad comes out 1 hour after we were seated. Anyway, I had to leave hungry and without a lunch, at least she comped the drinks. Disappointing.
