Wow! We unfortunately had to take our GS and have him put to sleep… I don’t have enough words to express the thank yous to this bunch of beautiful ladies! The vet even teared up with us!!! Outstanding work and truly thank you for making an awful decision less painful!
They came out to help us get our dog out of the vehicle. They took excellent care of our pet, prices are fair and they called after our pet had surgery to reassure us that things had gone well. Everyone was personable and professional.
They were able to get my sick kitty in fast and took such great care of her. Wonderful people up there. Thank you so much.
Unfortunately I had to put my 14 year old cat down today but they were very compassionate at this difficult time.

You won’t find better, more understanding and compassionate docs for our furbabies than at CAH. Docs Ann & Lacy not only take the most amazing care but they know them by names, including their medical and psychosocial histories. The support staff are always likewise, listening to stories, sharing stories, and remembering the unique of each of my babes. They never ever push for extra services or procedures just to make more money, instead they are amazing at respecting everyone’s financial experiences and make sure your babe is cared for, not their wallets. And trust me I’ve had those ‘other’ type of vets, where unnecessary and expensive procedures and surgeries were done just to profit them. Never Chillicothe Animal Hospital. I cannot recommend a better place for your furbabe’s needs. Thank you… Gayle Colvin, along with Bear, Angela, Siamie, Artemis, and Charlie.
If it was possible I would give no stars. These people was told by me to please fix my female cat. My son needed me to take his male cat because of housing issues. They however did not fix my cat. Ran tests that I did not ask for and charged me 350.00 to do so. Did not inform me my cat was not fixed. Not my cat is impregnated and I am mad. Called them and the doctor stated it was a funding issue. Implying I would not have the money to pay for the procedure. After that conversation they said I didn't fill out proper paperwork. I didn't know that was my job to sign the right papers. Then offered to off the kittens and fix her for 110.00 I would not take another one of my fur babies to them of they paid me!
Great place, staff was professional and very friendly. Doc Ross was very good and thorough in caring for my sick family member.
