The staff was very helpful when we went into purchase some appliances. They had the 4 appliances we needed in stock. Setting up delivery and hookup was a breeze. Tim and Shawn delivered and hooked up the appliances, did everything I asked and gave me a few helpful tips. They are super friendly, helpful and great communication.

Very positive experience with my appliance repairs. Tim is excellent at communication. Shows up when he says he is, does the repairs, and is polite. HIGHLY recommend!

Would never recommend this company. Shady business and shady people. Our washing machine was acting up and our Home Warranty recruited this “company” to fix it. Long story short they took my $100 and never got back to me. Would give ZERO STARS if I could.

This company was sent to us by our home warranty company and I would never recommend. He was supposed to come last week to repair and never showed up-multiple voicemails by us and home warranty company left and no response. He was then scheduled again to come out and fix the washer and again did not show up and never answered ours or the home warranty calls. Home warranty company reassigned us to a new company but we have now been out of a washer for 4 weeks. Would not recommend this company.

My washer quit spinning and was making a horrible noise on Christmas! My warranty company sent my claim to Chillicothe Appliance, a technician reached out to me within a day. They set me an appointment and showed up on time! Thank you! I highly recommend them! I had other companies that still haven’t responded even a week later!

Tim is exceptional at answering any questions or concerns you may have with your current appliances and is great at steering you in the correct direction if you’re looking to purchase! All in all a great experience and local business.

Great customer service. Dryer stopped working they picked up fixed it even leaving a loaner dryer and brought it back. They are fast getting things done and always super nice.
