The BOXING WORKOUT class combines boxing with calisthenics, plyometrics, and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). It will get your heart pumping, you will lose calories, it will make you lean, and it will make you Strong!!
With The TECHNICAL BOXING class you learn how to really box!! This class covers your fundamentals to build strong armor and weapons (your defense and your attacks). We refine our skills with specific drills to target our goal which is to learn the art of boxing and to bring out your own unique skills. We also cover the art and philosophies of boxing and fighting in general. A trip will be taken with the class to visit boxing events to see real life competition.
