Chipotle

Place needs massive clean up, staff seems to be disorganized. I had made to order food and it was rushed from the line. Chicken was undercooked and beans were still hard to chew. Unable to eat my food at all and I'm hungry on my night shift here.Food: 2/5

This has to be the worst Chipotle that I have ever gone to. The service was horrible. They do not listen when you place your order. I asked for a burrito bowl and told them what I wanted on it and the person did not put on what I wanted. There was no Coke in the machine nor was there any ice. How can you not have any Coke? There were no napkins, nor were there any knives and the floors were filthy. The area by the soda machine was all sticky and looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. The windows were all smeared and stained. The food tasted off. I would not suggest going there. It is disappointing. The worst part is when I went to the counter to complain, the person just looked at me like I was the problem. For what they charge you for the food, you would think that they would be more attentive to your comments or complaints. I would say that the health department should come in and look at this place. I wish I would have looked at the reviews here before I went to eat here. Never again!

Don't bother ordering from here unless you can be present to tell them what you want and see them place it in your bowl. This photo is their idea of a "carnitas bowl on white rice, corn salsa, and cheese" when ordered ahead of time. That's what it looked like upon opening, and that's not even carnitas, that's sofritas. I have no desire to order from this specific Chipotle again.

I just got a burrito from an online order with 2 bites of meat and barely any rice. I also got the most greasy undercooked chips ever. When I requested compensation I was told "no". Worst experience I've had in any restaurant in recent memory. Do better Chipotle!!! What the hell?!?!

I don't know what happened to this place, it used to be half decent a few years back when I worked across the road. Now? It's terrible, they will constantly forget your guacamole or chips, the food taste off compared to other Chipotles. Worst of all, it is DIRTY, there's mold on the pop machine, floors are horrible, the sneese guard is always gross. Don't go here. Period.

My local Chipotle restaurant.... I've given this place too many chances to count. Poorly staffed, never full menu items, and I don't think this place is ever close to clean. I would also suggest never do mobile ordering either. It's rarely correct. I'll drive the extra distance to avoid eating here again.Food: 2/5

While at work I figured a Chipotle salad would be great to help ease my long day. I ordered a Chicken salad with extra chicken, Pico, rice, and cheese along with vignette dressing. After placing my order online, my coworker picked up my order, just to get back to work and it not be what I ordered. How do you order a salad an they not put spinach leaf's as the base, nor did they include the vignette dressing or my extra chicken. I paid for my order and expected to get what I ordered, not whatever they wanted to serve me. I am highly upset about this order and refuse to order online ever again!

This chipotle is honestly hit or miss, and lately it’s been a miss. It feels like this particular location usually has dirty tables and unstocked napkins,lids etc. The service is nice, but the food is not up to the quality I have come to know and love with other stores. Not sure where the breakdown is, but I actually had my first burrito from this location when I went to college here. Ever since I left college this store continues to tumble.

This location is horrible & needs to get a manger in there that knows how to manage. Rude counter people & how are you out of chips every single day after 7 pm? Makes no sense. Had to buy a bag of chips again, maybe 5/6 times now I’ve had to buy chips. So what do they do the next day, no chips when they open? Or is it a certain amount per day & no to go or call in orders get chips! Place is dirty & food all over the floors. Needs help there!

I bought chips and queso along with other things but was never given my chips. When I noticed I was long gone.Food: 4/5
