Chipotle

Chipotle is awesome , as always . Stopped for a quick lunch and the food was fresh and tasty .. lots of parking outside . Nicely located.. so many other restaurants around . Was slightly crowded .. and it took sometime for us to get our food . Service was a bit slow but reasonable . We took out the food . Was very good… loved the guac and tofu mix … overall a good experience ….

I ordered DoorDash and definitely the food was not good at all to eat. Salty and it was missing all the ingredients plus I paid extra for the steak and I received chicken instead. I don’t usually review but definitely this food was not good at all. I received my order like the picture. I wish I can get a refund because I didn’t eat it, but I learned my lesson. Next time I’ll go to a different location.

This used to be my favorite chipotle but yet again, they've disappointed me. I was a loyal customer, had points saved up and decided to order last night and what I ordered... I didn't get half of it and what I did pay for... wasn't even with the Bowl. So... what did I pay for? Idk. I basically got rice, sour cream, cheese, and 3 pieces of meat thrown on. No corn salsa, no lettuce, no guacamole, no beans. I'll submit my pics because this is very disappointing. I'm not coming here again.

I’ve eaten here multiple times before I gave a review.. disgusting I don’t ever want to eat here again trash was overfilled multiple times and stuff everywhere ALWAYS a long wait and all you get is attitude from the manager instead of looking for your lost order or trying to help her employees. There was literal trash in the food on top of that I waited an hour for my order because they wanted to get every doordash order in before they circled back to mine … Someone needs to actually run this place it’s a mess. Also don’t ever get the chips they’re either old and stale or not actually available.

I typically don't leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience at Chipotle in Bel Air. Upon entering, I was quite taken aback. The handrail was visibly dirty, and the restaurant felt uncomfortably warm. Approaching the counter, I encountered disinterested employees who failed to greet me as I placed my order. To make matters worse, the cook seemed fatigued, slouching over the counter near a fan. I attempted to order double chicken, but it wasn't available, leaving me with a less-than-appetizing scoop of dry chicken. The assembly counter was far from clean, though my bowl did manage to wipe it down slightly as it was slid across. On my way to the register, I couldn't help but notice the cashier area covered in tortilla crumbs. I glanced at the fountain drinks and found that all the proprietary options were completely empty. At this point, I decided to abandon my order and leave the unsanitary establishment. I hope Chipotle can step up their game in maintaining cleanliness and customer service.

Garbage. In every aspect of our order, there was a mistake. We got 2 entrees and kid’s quesadilla. Rice was undercooked, 1 entree was missing ingredients and toppings were sparse. The kids quesadilla is supposed to come with a side, a and a kids drink. They literally gave us 2 empty tortilla shells and some undercooked rice for the kids meal. Chipotle has been on a decline for a long time and this will the last time I eat there. Kid-friendliness: It’s not at all.

By far the most disgusting chipotle I've ever been to. Trash cans over flowing, every single table in here had food and crumbs on it. Trash on the floors. The area where your food is built was gross, not wiped down in what looks like hours. If I wasn't pressed for time and was more observant when I walked in I would have turned right around.

This location hasn't had and any mixed bell peppers the past several times I've come in even though there's a grocery store across the parking lot. If they're out of vegetables for their bowls or other items, they could walk across the parking lot and get some! The time before last I had an avocado seed in my Guacamole. They didn't even remove the seed. Chipotle needs better management!! I didn't order because they were out of peppers and I won't be back because it's an ongoing problem.

The prepping station and serving line was filthy. The staff preparing meals had no hair nets on. My food was cold and didn’t include the items I ordered. The manager had excuse after excuse as to why the restaurant was dirty and there food wants prepared according the the order. The Health aren’t. Needs to come and hand out a citation. I observed so many violations. I wish I could give zero stars

This place is disgusting. The inside is not clean or sanitary. The employees look miserable and move very slow. Don’t go here.Food: 1/5
