Chipotle Mexican Grill

Terrible this may be the 3rd time I’ve visited this location and I honestly can say each time is worse than the last. Myself and other several other customers had to beg for extra meat that we are paying for. Nasty sanitation of food. Missing items on the menu including the new Chicken Al Pastor and more. Staff and management are rude. Customers were walking out. I had to ask yo be checked out after standing and waiting for an unreasonable amount of time. This location needs new staff and management immediately.

They need to clean up, I came up there thinking this was a nicer chipotle and it wasn’t all the staff was playing around and talking , the guy with the contacts barely wrapped my burrito correctly I work at piada and know how to wrap a burrito, and I was waiting a long time to get. Vinaigrette. This was sitting there talking while I was waiting

I like to go here because the food is usually much better than the nearby Chipotle on Beta. However, the service undesirable. On three different occasions, I've walked in and wasn't able to get food, despite it being apparently open for business. Today, there was a girl greeting people at the door, and apologetically telling people that they weren't taking any more orders. I came at noon, presumably the middle of lunch for most. I've also ordered online only to get there with no one in line and have to wait for my food to be ready after the time I requested. I then witnessed 5 people get in line and have their order ready before mine. Like I said, the service just is not good. But their food's better than the other one, so take your pick.

I ordered a carry out order around 7:00pm. I was greeted with all smiles and the most delicious food I’ve ever had at any chipotle in my life! 10/10 would definitely recommend this location. I called to let them know how good it was and I’ve never done that! I don’t know who was cooking but he needs a raise!Food: 5/5

Atmosphere was hostile. A customer in front of me was waiting to be served, the team behind the counter was not paying him any attention. The worker looked at him and asked are you ready? The customer responds with "I've been ready" the worker proceeded to start his order while indirectly mouthing off to me as if the customer she was waiting on wasn't still standing there. There were some words that were said that I will not repeat here. Let's just say it made me so uncomfortable I left right when the worker was going to start my order. Apparently it was bad enough that the two customers waiting behind me also left. First time here and I won't be back.

This location is very inconsistent - I’m guessing it depends on who is cooking that day. I regularly order delivery from this location UberEats and Doordash. I would say about 60% of the time, the chicken/steak is seasoned properly and the rice is cooked just right. The other 40% of the time, there is literally no seasoning on the meat and the rice is still hard. Please figure this out!

Went into the store to try the new product. It was fairly busy in the store so the issues we experienced was a surprise. The rice was not fresh and the meat was dry. However, one would have to ask, how would we know if the meat was dry with the meal being super soaked with sour cream. Two of the four meals purchased were average and the other two, far below. Not sure if this restaurant location will be added again to our "eat out" rotations.

Easily the worst chipotle in ne Ohio. I waited over 25 minutes to receive an order placed through the app, because for some reason you can’t just order a friggen quesadilla in the store. I asked the girl at the register where my order was, she said the person tasked with making the orders “had something else to do.” Something else? It’s your job! And the store was empty. But whatever, they’re all teenagers. I waited, tried to get the girl at the register to do anything but flip her hair around and scroll on her phone she didn’t do anything but flip her hair around and scroll on her phone and finally received my food, which was cold. Absolutely ridiculous. I felt terrible for two younger boys there that were actually working.

Going downhill fast! They are always out of something…guac, sour cream, vinegarette, CILANTRO! Cilantro is an ingredient in like 90% of the menu items made on site! They have issues with cleanliness…it’s almost as though they receive NO food service training. Employees touching their face and rubbing their noses with gloved hands, looong hair untamed, and employees using the towel to wipe down the counter then placing the SAME TOWEL on another employees neck, employees putting their fingers in food…just so bad. Then they get offended looks on their faces and speak with and aggressive tone when asked to wash their hands and change their gloves. Chipotle you have to do better…prices going up and quality going way down….very disappointing!

All of the Chipotle's have a tendency of running out of cheese and vinegarette too often. That was the case today. The young lady that made the food has bad customer service. Rolling her eyes and bad body disposition. The chips I received were stale. The other workers were laughing at a man, tgat gad come in. They kept coming out, looking at him laughing. They really need to do better.
