Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ordered extra chicken in my bowl three times this week through Uber. First two times there was no extra chicken, and todays third time there was a few pieces. Scam. Done ordering from this place. No napkins or utensils in the bag. Last time I stopped in to order at the location, all tables were disgusting, garbages were overflowing, napkins and utensils not stocked…Qdoba has my money going forward. EDIT: thought it couldn’t get worse. I just went back to show my order and get a new one. I get back home to eat and see there’s a sticker in the guac. Unbelievable…I added the sticker picture to this review.

Service is dreadful and attitude of the workers is embarrassing. 2 Times this service has sucked. What’s more disturbing is the workers there they shrug their shoulders when you ask them for plain white rice or something simple, and basically have the attitude it is what it is. We have an allergy for cilantro and shrug shoulders! Never will I return to this location and I encourage others to also do the same! Embarrassing as a corporation to run in this way!

Went there twice - first time I went it was amazing - second time was horrendous! Food everywhere on the floor and there was meat contamination in all of the food on the line. Not so good : although bowl was pretty decent. Vegetarian options: Great Vegetarian Options in all chipotles - this one though had meat in their fajitas due to lack of cleanliness.

Horrible online ordering experience. I asked for extra white rice, I got half a bowl full of mostly lettuce. As you can see as pictured, thats what I opened up my bowl to. I barely got any carnitas, not even kidding probably a spoonful of carnitas at most the one for eating, not serving I asked for extra sour cream and they gave me a dot of it. I paid almost $50 for this bowl and a burrito and it was not worth it. The burrito barely has any sour cream in it as well. Never ordering again.

My recent trip to Chipotle was a bit of a letdown, to say the least. I placed a mobile order hoping for a smooth and quick experience, but when I arrived, there was an unexpected delay before I received my order. It was frustrating, especially since they had informed me that it was ready. What's worse, they totally messed up my order by giving me chicken instead of the double steak I paid extra for. I was disappointed with the mix-up and the lack of attention to detail. I hope they can improve their service and accuracy, as I've been a loyal customer, and I expect better from a place like Chipotle.

worst food, very small portion and they didn't give me what i ordered. and the rice was hard.

I never go to this location often just for take outs however its always the same BS. Food is only half on my bowl. Different than other locations. Service is poor. Place is dirty. Poor management I should say. Id rather drive farther to East Brunswick or Eatontown if I really want to get Chipotle. Corporate needs to look at this location.

Their prep station is disgusting looking. Ingredients all over mixed with other things. 2 Times in a row they're out of the new chicken al pastor but have full buckets of everything else. Why not make more of the one getting picked the most? The workers just want to rush you to get to the next order. Won't be going to this location ever again

Lately everytime I order from this specific store is a disaster. Was offered a refund once, and never got it. Whatever, I didn't mind, but now the food quality is just so bad I have to leave a review. The rice is always, and I mean always uncooked. Small portions, and I ordered lettuce, got no lettuce, nothing. It's a waste of time and money going to this chipotle. Won't be ordering from them again.

The food itself is fine, standard Chipotle food nothing horrible or outstanding, the inside of this location however is sad. When this location first opened there was much better upkeep, now the floors are constantly littered with cheese, rice, napkins, straws, smeared food on the tables with no sign of any of the workers looking to do anything. Most of the time there is a group of workers standing behind the counter not doing anything, leaving customers wondering if anyone brooms at all.
