Every time I go to this chipotle, I am disappointed. Whether it’s the dry, under-seasoned steak or the messy burrito. I never write reviews, but I felt the need to today after being disappointed for the last time. I will only ever go to the Riverside one now.Food: 1/5

Was in line to order and I saw one of the servers pulling her hair back out her face even tho she had gloves on it wasn’t right for me so I spoke to a manager and the issue was fixed they should wear hair nets and mask I don’t like people speaking out my foodFood: 5/5

7pm 07/13/23 You know when you can just feel that a place needs deep cleaning but they're to good at hiding the mess. I would never dine in unless the tables are not sticky, the drink station not a mess, the plastic ware doesn't appear messed with. At the time of my experience I interacted with a Rude cashier and high on weed and passive aggressive, mannerless line preppers giving half portion size meals rather then a reasonable amount that customers paid for!! I am probably never going back to this location unless management takes there job more seriously about the staff they hire.

Order was incomplete, none of the food was good but most unsatisfying was the “steak” keto salad. It had no steak, very little greens and cheese and very little guacamole. Basically it was greens drenched in hot sauce. Not happy at all with this location. Definitely will be going to the Riverside location from now on.

Not gonna lie, was happy to get food after a LONG day. Meat was BLAND as hell. Hot sauce does NOT taste like the one in Machesney. AT ALL. Tried to give them a 3rd try and NEVER AGAIN. Y’all can’t season meat and y’all definitely can not give good enough portions. Waste of money. All imma say.Food: 1/5

If you could fix your hours online AND for when someone calls to reflect the hours posted on the door that'd be great. The voicebot says opened til 11pm and online. Showing up at 10pm to an angry human saying we can order online, after we drove to the location, really isn't ideal.Food: 5/5

I absolutely LOVE their food! No complaints there! There are only 2 things they desperately need to improve upon. 1 The tables are always FILTHY when we come here, and 2 the inconsistency of the portion sizes doled out by the servers is concerning at times. The young lady behind me got noticeably less chicken than I did, and she asked for a little more, and the server told her she'd have to pay for double meat! That's just wrong. Every time I go, we get an overabundance of protein, or we get screwed. This needs to be fixed!

Customer service wasn’t to great. It was a busy time, but that doesn’t excuse attitude & lack of Customer Service. Ran out of meat & rice. Should have closed the door at that point, cause what is Chipotle without meat & rice?Food: 4/5

Just went to Perrivale location after placing a pick up order, the app charged for food, and confirmed. When I arrived the food was not ready, they said stand in line and let us know what you ordered and we will make your plates. Our computers are down and we cannot see the orders. The manager then walked up and announced we cannot serve anyone until the registers are back up. Please ask for a refund online because that’s what I’m being asked to do by the corporate! While holding a phone. Wasn’t even given an apology!!!!!!! My lunch was lost and I had to return without food to work!
