Chipotle Mexican Grill

This chipotle disappointed me. Rice was undercooked and when they were serving me I told them and they declined. When we tried it it was way undercooked. Everyone was complaining. Really disappointed!!!

Mobile order, pick up. Asked for extra lettuce. Got SLICED cheese and half the lettuce. Also said they didn't have lime juice sides made, so couldn't give me lime juice.Food: 4/5

Hands down the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Gross, disgusting. Old food everywhere, unclean appearing employees, urine all over both bathrooms, food on the floors, food on every empty table, trash overflowing. No urgency to present a clean space and there were three customers, myself and my partner included. This was a day after they reopened from the IB ecoli scare… barely ate our food, wouldn’t be surprised if we get a little sick.

This chit pole is so amazing the associates were so respectful and the place was so nice and clean , and i came here on new years and there was no one inside so it wasn't crowded but i dont know how crowded it usually is but the service was amazing and so was the food def recommend .

Poor customer service, requested he she it to warm my tortilla, refused, and said that they didn’t do that there, I explained to her, it, she, him, that it is supposed to be hot, never have I had an issue with getting my tortilla warmed, or receiving a warm burrito, I understand that there are upsell‘s and have to add for avocado, but not for the meat, ended up taking two cold burritos home and now I have to microwave because everything is cold, even the filling is cold. Never coming back here again. Sad part is I live across the street.

Ordered a burrito with the usual stuff: Chicken, guac, brown rice, romaine lettuce, salsa, cheese and sour cream. Got this small burrito. I paid through doordash so this ended up being $20. I did NOT order just chicken and guac. Until someone reaches out to me, this rating will stay at 2. Unacceptable. EDIT: Chipotle threw doordash under the bus here even though my bag was untampered. What a rip off, dont eat here. Chipotle lost my business.

Basically rude staff. I've eaten there at least 50 times and they just act as though they are doing you a favor. I only return because of the convenience of good quality fast food so I tolerate the rudness.Food: 4/5

The food is great but the two girls that works in there they are very rude with customers. They refuse to cut a burrito in half to a guy in-front of me and to me they just totally rude or in a bad mood!

The best chipotle I’ve been to in years, hands down. I’ve been eating chipotle since I was a teenager and it’s fell off heavy throughout the years. Taste, presentation, customer service, etc. This location always has fresh items, their customer service is friendly and inviting, they aren’t sloppy, and most of all their Chipotle tastes like OG chipotle. So good! Great location. Keep up the good work!
