Chipotle Mexican Grill

The smallest portions for a big price! Not to mention I found plastic wrap in my food and choked on it. I emailed as well as called they don’t answer the phone so don’t waste your time calling they gave me a free meal for choking! I asked for the vinegar dressing and they literally gave me a squirt of it! Save your money or try Taqueria!! Taqueria is fresher , also it’s real Mexican food! It’s 2 mins from Chipotle. I will not be coming back to this overpriced small portion giving establishment! Also poor SERVICE !!! Everybody always have an ATTITUDE! Advice get another job if you don’t like where you work!!! Plastic in my food below!!

We came in kinda late but didn’t complain and let us sit in dining lobby even tho they were cleaning and the chairs were up lol. The music was good and the food was good too. But my girl was saying they didn’t give a good portion size and they rushed thru her ordering. It was clean inside.Food: 5/5

Mostly great experience. The staff were friendly, patient, and helped feed my picky kids. My burrito was wrapped pretty badly and was falling apart I only mention this because isn't chipotle known for their burritos behind wrapped tight? and leaked all over the outside of the foil. The bathroom was out of toilet paper, understandable because it was after lunch rush, but still a pain. The tables outside were really dirty so we had to clean them to sit and eat. But we could have eaten inside if we wanted. I love that there were umbrellas outside for shade. The food was delicious! I would definitely come again if I lived in the area. Always cookin on the grill. Fresh veggies and rice to make all the toppings/meat that much better. What a clean place for so much cooking. Organized and inviting atmosphere, restrooms are nice and clean. Employees are helpful and happy! Parking is busy and packed. Place is huge inside. Chips and drinks as well, get a side of fresh gauc of salsa to top off your meal. Only thing better would be cilantro garnishment. Vegetarian options: Veggies, beans, rice Parking: Packed and busy but free. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu. Quesdilla or tacos

This location is always a letdown. The service is always bad…never friendly, they look at you like you’re a pest when you haven’t even said hello yet, and they don’t care about the quality of orders. Unfortunately it’s the only Chipotle within 45 minutes of me so I’ve given them multiple chances and every time it’s a disappointment. Your mobile order will ALWAYS be wrong, a mess, or both. Never on time with mobile orders either and they don’t even bother to walk a few feet to the pickup area; they put the mobile orders by the drink fountain, right outside the employee door to the kitchen. I’ve ordered tacos and gotten a bowl without the shells and missing some ingredients, broken shells, burnt chips, etc. I’ve sent messages and photos to customer service/corporate and all they do is say sorry and maybe give a free entree, but no changes to this location. Don’t go in with expectations.

My daughter and I had lunch there this past Saturday. The place was filthy. The bathroom was filthy. I didn't notice at first because you order and then go find a seat. Will not ever return. The service was just below average. Deserves 0 stars

As someone who used to work here, I can safely say that you’re money would be better spent at Qdoba. This location has been going downhill for the better part of a year. The store is constantly dirty, they only ever do a “deep clean” once every 3 months. They put little to no effort into making sure an area where the public is served food is clean. I’ve seen people walk out and simply just not clean, and get away with it. The soda machine is FILTHY; I can’t even remember the last time it was taken apart and cleaned. For a while there was mold inside of the machine, which had actually got me sick at one point. There is a ridiculous amount of dirt, gunk, food, and debris in the back of the building. With all of that filth attracts bugs as well, we constantly have at least some type of bug in that building. Whether it be fruit flies, cockroaches, or fruit flies. The management team is extremely lazy, and this has affected cleanliness, hygiene, and overall mood. I have seen myself manager’s do prep work, but then with the food they make they don’t label or put dates on their prepped food. There was also an incident recently where the chicken was stores improperly, and they ended up cooking and then selling expired chicken to the public, this incident also got me sick. Most of the staff hate their job, and are easily irritable while you as a customer order. Overall this location is somewhere I would never go unless I myself saw my food being made from the walk in freezer, to the grill. Once again i recommend that instead of risking it here, you simply go to Qdoba.

I normally like Chipolte but this place is a dumpster fire. Staff wasn't trained in food preparation and customer service was horrible. I actually had to ask the staff to stop arguing so that I could pay for my food. I think they spilled salt in the guacamole, it was inedible and the salsa wasn't normal. They should get this staff trained or take the Chipotle sign down, my advice is take your money to get something more enjoyable. This was 7PM on 28 December, 2023.

I’ve followed a vegan diet for 7 years and in that time I’ve gotten my Chipotle order down to an exact order. So today when my same order got delivered to me with cheese in it, I was livid. I checked the receipt, my name. I checked the order, entirely vegan. This happened because either the staff was blatantly negligent in preparing the order or the prepped food has been so severely cross contaminated that there are lumps of cheese in other products. I never thought I’d see the day when I have to avoid Chipotle because they can’t be trusted to follow simple food health & safety procedures.

This location is disgusting. We used to eat here once a week, but just can’t after what we have seen. The tables, food line, floors and bathrooms are never wiped down, the trash can has been overflowing every time we are there, and the drink/utensils are never stocked. My family and I have witnessed staff members at the grill licking their fingers while prepping food, eating tortillas, drinking drinks, and on their phones while standing in the food line. We’ve also heard them arguing and seen them rolling their eyes at customers and other coworkers almost every time we are in. I want to eat Chipotle so bad, but will never eat at this place again. I’ve heard the same from many other people in the area as well. This place needs a total makeover with a separate area for online orders as that really jams up the line.
