Chipotle Mexican Grill

HATE THEIR FOOD NOW!!!! We used to love their food so much that almost every weekend we would get food from here. Last year, they started messing up the orders and started reducing portion size to almost half. We stopped ordering and gave feedback on the app. The customer service guys also found opportunity to sell more burritos by giving 2 buy one get one coupons that would expire in next 1 month. We tried giving one more chance today after approx 6 months. They again messed up the order. I AM NEVER GOING TO CHIPOTLE AGAIN!!!!! See what we ordered and what we got in the pictures

So they’ll abruptly close at 4pm on a Friday. Poor management, obviously $13.75/hour isn’t enough to get staff. Perhaps Steve Ells and all the fat greedy shareholders need to earn less off their stock and they need to invest appropriately into paying staff a proper wage. Last time I ever go to this location!!!

Great place to go if you don’t want service or mind missing lunch. They are currently doing everything “no contact” and the QR code for their store is not working. The app didn’t work in store. So finally I was able to get an employees attention and she directed me to google. The employees did not talk to me they did not want to interact at all. My food was cold. Will not be returning to this location.

Seriously...this location is doing everything possible NOT to serve you. I arrive at 6:30 pm. The doors are locked with signs that say online orders only noon-6. Another sign says they are open until 10pm. Well, at 6:30 the employees must have wanted to leave early because chairs are on the tables and at least 3 other people have walked up to the locked doors and left while i sit here typing this review. It is only a matter of time before this location closes if this is how the staff runs it.

Constantly randomly closed, then will be “digital orders only” then some days you can’t even submit an order online and have to go in person. The portions are unpredictable and quality is often questionable. I’m over it - i will drive to a different chipotle every time at this rate since half the time this location isn’t even open and there is no way to know unless you physically show up.

Out of Diet Coke staff seems to feel Coke Zero is just as good for 10 days or MORE. Ice machine is not working properly. Staff has a "who cares attitude" and seems to feel all this is no big deal so I guess they don't care about the customer experience. Lots of restaurants around, including other Chipotles, so why would I go here. No thank you.

Love chipotle. This branch is awful. Frequently closed to online ordering only. Just went in with two gift cards that I needed to use for my order and they told me to leave because they couldn’t help me and the website doesn’t allow you to order with multiple payment methods including two gift cards. They’ve also gotten my online order wrong a few times. Employees are always grumpy. Seems like management sucks there. Avoid this place.

I ordered a salad bowl; with all the fluffy lettuce at the bottom and all the food it was still lower than the edge of the bowl. And then with my astonishing face the staff gave me a dirty look. I guess never coming back then.

This location went downhill quick, my only assumption would be poor management and underpaid workers. This chipotle used to be solid but last night I was able to order, get a confirmation time and email, my card was charged, but the store is closed when I got there at 8. Saw 3 others come to pickup orders at your closed location. You need to refund everyone for your nonexistent service.

Online orders only. Also, they skimp on ingredients bowl is 2/3 what you normally get. Just go to another Chipotle.
