Chipotle Mexican Grill

Came in at 9:10pm on 4/19/22 and was craving quesadillas. Apparently the machine they make the quesadillas in was “broken” yet when I come back to order a burrito 2-3min later they use the “broken” machine to heat up the tortilla. seemed like this location gets tons of nagging customers cause everyone seemed like they were over it to be honest. Trash cans were filled to the top, haven’t tried my food yet I’m hoping it’s good but from the demeanor I got from employees, it’s gonna be mediocre

Just left the Marina Del Rey store and just had to voice my concern over the food quality. They opened 20 minutes late and it was obvious the reason had something to do with the staffing and preparedness in opening. I was the second customer in line and the food looked as if it had been pulled from the refrigerator and placed out for sale. No meat was cooking on the stoves which were littered with used pots and pans. All the food on the line looked old and reheated. The chicken looked so dark I thought it was steak. After leaving the store I ate a bite of taco and the chicken was cold, hard, and tasted awful. I called to voice my concern and the manager seemed less than concerned and I could hear the girl who answered the phone laughing as if they were both unsurprised by my call. I asked him if the food had been rewarmed from the night before, to which he claimed it had “just been cooked”. When I told him there had been no food grilling and that the stoves didn’t even appear to be turned on, he ceased claiming the food had just been cooked and offered to “remake” the food for me. Told him I’d already left and didn’t have an interest in eating there anymore. He left the offer open for me to return, but now I’m wondering if the food was even safe for consumption given the totality of the experience. He said his name was Carlos. Really hope I don’t get food poisoning.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It is always dirty, they are always out of something and the staff is rude and careless. just went in and asked for chips, the Hispanic girl working the register proceeds to tell us that they don’t have chips. They had about 10 bags of chips and she refused to sale it to us because she said that it was for the to-go orders. this place is absolute dog s***!

Usually good at this store when I go in and eat. Today I ordered through Postmates and the burrito bowl portion was probably half the amount it should be. Still hungry, waste of money and time.

Sandalean was awesome. Came in off the road equally needing a restroom and food. Made me feel welcome. Usually get food to go but I dined in. Thanks a bunch. Parking: Lot's of parking. But place is quite busy. Wheelchair accessibility: Flat surface straight in

Long line out the door, no garlic guajillo steak had to wait. Restroom, no Paper towels, no toilet seat covers. Got my food, I took the last fork, drink station was a mess, 8 dirty tables. The Guajillo Steak bowl; not worth the extra $$, as it didnt have any garlic, citrus goodnedd, the guajillo didnt come through in the flavor, and the cilantro didnt add anything either. I didnt, but imagine If I had added guack, drink, and a couple bucks tip,. $20. for a lame experience. I understand prices are going up, but several bites of steak, I had to really chomp through the grizzle. -dissapointed! The employees were doing their best, and the trash was not yet full., this is as positive as my experience was.

Definitely need better management I ordered bowl with guacamole I know most store they don’t put full of spoon but the girl who severed me she only literally put like less than half spoon !!!! I didn’t wanna argue with them I left store but I’ll dispute on my credit card

Smallest burrito I’ve ever gotten at a chipotle. Guac was also extremely firm and chips more bland. Still a nice meal, but one of the worse chipotle locations IMO

I live nearby, and everytime I place an online order it always made at minumum 25-30 minutes after I order it. Theyre so slow, even when I go in person theres usually only one or two people working the line so it takes a while. Hire more people, you're making bank and people need jobs during this pandemic!

Never order online from this chipotle. This is supposed to be a salad bowl with double steak, instead it’s a bowl of a few lettuce leaves. We order online from here frequently, trying to give them another chance, but every time the order is messed up. Either missing items, or a half order of what it’s suppose to be. Such a joke.
