I have always had a positive experience with Groome Transportation out of Eau Claire WI. I really don't have anything negative. All the drivers have been nice and courteous. I have traveled on different days and times. No problems. My sister realized she left her phone on the shuttle right after we got dropped off at the airport. I called Groome and they were able to contact the driver. He circled around and we got her phone back in less than 10 minutes. Thank you! Absolutely recommend.

Booking a reservation was very easy. Service. Once I got to the shuttle service was exceptional very hospitable and caring driver I would highly recommend. I was delivered right to my gate, of course, but also given instructions on where to go next….greatly appreciated the helpfulness.

If you don't want to deal with the stress of driving or parking at the airport I highly recommend booking with Groome!!! The driver was great and it was a smooth transition from A to B. The seating was comfortable as well as spacious. This is my 4th time using their services and it has consistently been great.

I have been using their service for years. Always safe and courteous. Recently I had an emergency and they were so professional and helpful taking alot of worry off my mind. I highly recommend using the service for a piece of mind.

Thanks for being so accommodating, was able to get on an earlier shuttle home because flight was early. Drivers are nice, vans are clean. Also appreciate the step by step directions from the gate to the shuttle! First time alone flight and they were so helpful!!

I was disappointed that the online reservation system does not warn you in advance of purchase that Groom Transportation does not allow you car to park there for more than 2 weeks. With the arrival and departure dates I gave, they could have had a pop up window with that warning. I might not have chosen to go with them as they charge $7 per day for the whole 3 weeks not just the extra days, which adds almost $150 more. For the price that I am paying I could easily have driven to a hotel and kept my car there for a lower daily fee and had more convenience for my trip.  Very disappointed.

Have been riding the airport shuttle for decades, as it has changed ownership a couple times, currently under Groome. The shuttle is a valuable service, but merely on the edge of being a value. Prices have risen with each new owner, and even when gas prices temporarily get on the high end, yet never come down when gas prices return to normal. On the occasions when the van is full, there is no comfort to be had. The seats are smaller than Frontier economy.

I use Groome often to get back and forth to the airport. The drivers are friendly, and they always get me to the airport one-time and safe.

Highly recommend!  For anyone a ways from MSP airport, Groome Transportation is safe, clean, friendly staff & drivers.  My dog loved to go there to pick up her "boys". Be advised, since covid they have reduced to 1 shuttle a day so plan ahead & make reservations in advance for stress free travel.
